Ordered to go chicken parm and they sent me not only a very small portion that is 1/2 full but as you can see the chicken is BURNT. I can’t believe this was allowed out of the kitchen. Horrible. Not worth it.
My wife loves Italian and we are from Ohio. We stopped in and absolutely loved the food and the service! You will not find a better pesto anywhere! Thanks to the team at Coco’s for a great experience!

We stopped by last minute and I had bragged to my date about the food. We were both very pleased with the food and the service! His first time and he loved it!

Not fine dining, but this place offers a casual, comfortable atmosphere with attentive service and FANTASTIC food. If you are seeking dim lights, soft music and ambiance, go elsewhere. But if you are in the mood for authentic italian food prepared the way it is done in Italy, then this is your place! We loved it.

Fantastic little restaurant. The food was great and the staff was super nice. When the chef recommends the special, trust him and order it.

I loved this place. I went for the Italian beef sandwhich. After I ordered the waitress came back and told me they were out. The manager came out and told me they were out of the bread for it, but offered to make me 4 sliders using the rolls they serve. They were absolutely delicious. And the cheesecake slice was huge!!! The waitress was very kind and attentive, the manager super friendly and outgoing. I love this restaurant. Next time im in Nashville im going back for sure!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our server was extremely rude from the start. She refused to bring us rolls, and when we asked for a napkin, she handed us a tiny cocktail napkin instead of a regular one. Asking for something as simple as a kids menu felt like pulling teeth.
Throughout the meal, she repeatedly interrupted us while we were eating and seemed annoyed if we didn’t respond immediately. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and awkward. On top of that, she was openly talking to other staff about us, which felt very unprofessional.
Customer service like this really takes away from the experience. I would not recommend this place based on how we were treated.

Food was good, service was awful. Super slow considering we were the only people in the place.

Our server Christian was an absolute gem! However the food was a bit of a disappointment. I don’t like to be negative, but it didn’t really taste authentic… the marinara was too acidic, and they seem to have changed their meatball recipe — instead of soft & juicy, they were hard & a bit dry (not enough breath-crumbs perhaps?) and tasted like they had been reheated. The garlic bread rolls are great though! Mains are reasonably priced, but the desserts are very expensive for what they are — $12 for one slice of cheesecake?! Granted they are big slices, but the tiramisu ($10) was tiny.
We do love Coco’s & the service is good, but they need to refresh their recipes.

Food was bland. Chicken in the chicken piccata was poached pan-fried. Chicken parm also lacked flavor. Pasta was over-cooked on both meals.
