Allen is the best!! I really wanted a specific ice cream cake and he went out of his way to make it. His customer service skills are unmatched and he made the most adorable cake with very little direction. This man deserves a raise because he is one of the nicest managers I have ever met that truly represents his company in a positive light! 10/10 we will be back even though we live 45mins-1hr away!

The ice cream itself was good, but it wasn't what I wanted, or I thought I was going to get me and younger sisters went hours after it opened, and it was missing half of the flavors then we ordered the ice cream and picked our topping and instead of mixing it into the ice cream like he was supposed to he instead just put it in like a topping so for yonger sisters first time at that kind of place the experience was ruined

I go out of my way to go here just because their creamery is unmatched to me..even all the way down to how they serve it. Allen, who handled my order was very kind, responsive and polite. If you are in Nashville there's only a few places you go for ice cream.. this is definitely one!

Allen was great ! He had excellent customer service and seems to enjoy his job. Overall everyone was friendly and made it a good experience. Me and my family will come back anytime we’re in the area.

Allen was wonderful and took great care of making everything to order.

I visit frequently to get the “Oh Fudge”, chocolate milkshake. The staff starts getting it ready for me before I even order. The staff is always kind, and helpful, and store is always clean. Thank you for always staying positive, no matter how long the line gets, especially during the summer months. Cheers to this staff and the leadership!

Allen was awesome! I attended an impromptu birthday bash this past Saturday and although he was working by himself his customer service was amazing! He was fast and very curtious! This was my first time at the store and I will definitely be coming back with my family.

After a long day, my husband and I decided to get a treat. We were originally planning to sit inside, but they only had a few chairs and they were taken. We still had a great experience with the young woman working behind the counter! She was very sweet and patient with my million questions! If you see the girl with pink hair, just know you’re going to be taken care of. As usual, our ice cream was delicious and just what we needed to end our day.

Great service.
It was busy but they had hustle and the manager was really helpful even though it was busy. He helped me decide and was super patient.
There were not a lot of chairs inside. But aside from that, I was really impressed.
They were asking everyone for reviews to help them with their service so I thought I’d leave one.

Incredibly satisfied with our experience. We ordered a cake for Father's Day and could not have been more pleased. The worker with pink hair rocked it and made sure everything was perfect.

ALLEN MY KING !!!!! He made everything right after the Brentwood location screwed us over. I still don’t know why they kicked us out of the store like that but Allen made up for it. He showed exceptional customer service and consideration to us, he is genuinely just a nice guy and is so kind to customers. I appreciate that so much. I will willingly drive an extra 10 minutes to this location just for that kind of service. Coldstone needs to GIVE ALLEN A RAISE my man is holding down multiple store locations, where is his promotion !?!?
