Ordered online was given stale waffle cone bowls. The ice cream was delicious but it’s highly unlikely that I’ll order again.

friendly staff. but for some reason, the woman serving us wasn’t wearing gloves??? not sure why. in addition to that, cones were stale and old. she pulled them from a storage bin under the counter with her bare hands even though we were charged extra for them and they are supposed to be made fresh daily.

Went in tonight and there was a bit of a line and one young lady working, she was great! She treated every customer kindly and was very pleasant. Great to see amazing customer service and the ice cream was good.

Allen is the best!! I really wanted a specific ice cream cake and he went out of his way to make it. His customer service skills are unmatched and he made the most adorable cake with very little direction. This man deserves a raise because he is one of the nicest managers I have ever met that truly represents his company in a positive light! 10/10 we will be back even though we live 45mins-1hr away!

The ice cream itself was good, but it wasn't what I wanted, or I thought I was going to get me and younger sisters went hours after it opened, and it was missing half of the flavors then we ordered the ice cream and picked our topping and instead of mixing it into the ice cream like he was supposed to he instead just put it in like a topping so for yonger sisters first time at that kind of place the experience was ruined

I go out of my way to go here just because their creamery is unmatched to me..even all the way down to how they serve it. Allen, who handled my order was very kind, responsive and polite. If you are in Nashville there's only a few places you go for ice cream.. this is definitely one!

Allen was great ! He had excellent customer service and seems to enjoy his job. Overall everyone was friendly and made it a good experience. Me and my family will come back anytime we’re in the area.
