ALLEN MY KING !!!!! He made everything right after the Brentwood location screwed us over. I still don’t know why they kicked us out of the store like that but Allen made up for it. He showed exceptional customer service and consideration to us, he is genuinely just a nice guy and is so kind to customers. I appreciate that so much. I will willingly drive an extra 10 minutes to this location just for that kind of service. Coldstone needs to GIVE ALLEN A RAISE my man is holding down multiple store locations, where is his promotion !?!?

Alan was very patient with not only my 2 children but the next 2 customers had 5 children in total and he remained calm and had a smile on his face the entire time !! Unacceptable Treatment and Discrimination at Cold Stone Ice Cream StoreTo Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my profound disappointment and outrage at the treatment my family and I received at your Cold Stone Ice Cream Store located at Brentwood on Mar 10, 2024Thirty minutes before your posted closing time, my wife, our two children, and I entered your establishment eager to enjoy some ice cream together. However, instead of being greeted with hospitality and courtesy, we were met with absolute rudeness and discrimination.Despite there being no visible sign indicating an early closure, we were flatly refused service by your staff. It was evident that this refusal was based on nothing other than racial discrimination. The disdainful looks and dismissive attitude we encountered were both shocking and deeply hurtful.As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of our race or any other factor. The discriminatory behavior exhibited by your staff is not only unacceptable but also a violation of basic human rights.I demand an immediate apology from your management team, as well as an assurance that steps will be taken to address this issue and prevent such discrimination from occurring in the future. Additionally, I expect appropriate disciplinary action to be taken against the staff members involved.Furthermore, I will be sharing my experience with others in my community and on social media platforms to raise awareness about the intolerable behavior exhibited by Cold Stone Ice Cream Store.

I’ve ordered off website before, I think maybe a week ago? Picked up and wasn’t even ready( she hadn’t even started) and I arrived at the time it stated it would be ready. May I add, no one was in the store.Went in to order today ( 12/2/23) and no one was in, was early. Ordered, asked to tip and I said no because I am a tipped worker(barber). Why do I need to tip a hourly employee? I said thank you, and got no response. What did I do, to not get a response when saying thank you?

I love Cold Stone Creamery. We stopped here a few months ago for some ice cream. So many flavors to choose from, It will have your head spinning. I usually like my ice cream in a cone, But we had the ice cream in stead in a cup. It all came out ok. Friendly people working here. No problems at all. Id be willing to visit again.

Our second trip to Nashville West Cold Stone and I will start off by saying the staff was very nice to the customers. Secondly there was a very foul smell (what we guessed to be coming from the bathroom) while standing in line and wow it was close to having us leave before we could order. They were out of yellow cake both times and today the ice cream was melting in the case. The young (very young) adults working tried their best but they need a manager. They tried so hard but had no support. We love Cold Stone. We look for one when we travel and we were so excited for one on the west side of Nashville but looks like we will be traveling back to Brentwood until we are brave enough to try again.
First visit I’ve made to Cold Stone and it was delicious!! The young boy, I think his name was Connor was so polite as was his co worker! Great experience!! My family will be back!!

Cold stone is cold stone is cold stone... You can't really go wrong!! My favorite ice cream since I was younger is the Mud Pie Mojo signature, made with coffee ice cream. 2 years ago I developed a sensitivity to caffeine so I haven't been able to have it anymore since I was unsure about the level of caffeine in the actual ice cream. I have been to many cold stones and asked if they knew how much was in there and no one had an answer... until I came to this location. Shoutout to the guy that knew how the coffee ice cream was made!!! When he told me it was made with decaf coffee, I was over the moon thrilled. I would've rated 5 stars just for that... the only thing holding me back was the next time I went there and ordered the Mud Pie Mojo. My friend and I both ordered the same thing and the girl working made our ice creams, scooped it into our bowls, then took a good hunk of each of our ice creams out of the bowls and put it in a new bowl, grabbed a spoon and ate it in the back. So that caught me off guard lol.

Wow! This place is what I had google to see who had the best dessert here in Nashville, and they were right. Ms. Sophia's customer service was excellent and I haven't left the parking lot cause the ice cream tasted so good. I definitely will be back!

Walked in and they had a crowd. But both girls served very quick. The toppings were kinda expensive for a dollar extra per topping. But they explained the prices very clearly and said the signature options are more cost effective. So I substituted the cheesecake signature for strawberry ice cream. All and all I loved that she helped me with my questions and the staff was very friendly. And it was very satisfying to see the ice cream mixed up. I gave such a high score for service but I can't give five stars because I feel like it's just too expensive for ice cream. Especially when the company is asking for tips too, to pay their workers, when it seemed pretty short staffed.
