This was my second visit after several years, and I was not disappointed. As I had experienced the tour before, my interest was in the whiskeys. It was a good range, with interesting points by the server. Also glad I had time to enjoy a Christmas Nightmare theme cocktail in the bar. I’m not a fan of Smokey whiskeys, but the sweetness added to the Jack’s Lump of Coal made it very enjoyable. Worth a visit if you enjoy whiskey.
Carols and Barrels Whiskey trail stop. Theming was the best so far. Cocktails are good too!
Mitch was the most incredible host for our whiskey tasting. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional - had an incredible experience at the distillery and would highly recommend it.
Highly recommend a visit to the Corsair distillery. Merina was a fabulous guide & answered all our questions regarding the whisky & gin processes. The tasting was informative & fun and their products are delicious & extremely high quality. A fun and exceptional Nashville experience!

Great small distillery that gives you a lesson on how to make a great whiskey. Their bar has one of the best old fashioned made with their triple smoke from Corsair.
An excellent tour and taproom, going deep on the details of the first new distillery in Tennessee since prohibition! Mitch gave a fabulous talk through what makes Corsair’s whiskey a lil different, and the nuances of their process. The taproom, with the best of the local beer scene, was rather fun too.
This was the last stop on our Tennessee Whiskey Traill! A great shout out to Mitch for a great pour at Corsair Distillery!
