We stopped here for lunch as part of the hop on/hop off trolley tour. What a great decision! I had the BEST grilled cheese and tomato bisque. My family had the reuben, grilled cheese with bacon (!), and chicken salad on a croissant. Everyone loved their food. The young lady at the counter was so nice and helpful. Please try this place if visiting Marathon Motors.
Southern Engine Deli is fantastic! I was down at Marathon Village at KGV Studios, and they recommended grabbing a sandwich at Southern Engine. What a great recommendation!It is a cool menu with some creative options in addition to familiar standards.Their service and food is spot-on.

We were traveling through Nashville and wanted to grab a quick sandwich. On our way into town. I started researching and saw the reviews for this place. I am so glad I did. The food was fantastic and people who worked there were so nice and its location inside the cool building with museum, distilleries and shops, was an unexpected bonus.
