Stopped by the Corsair Distillery as part of the Whiskey Trail and we had the pleasure of dealing with Mitch behind the taste test bar. We ordered both tastings. He was super informational about all the different pours and took good care of us. Highly recommend stopping by!
Great tasting experience. Place is a bit difficult to find (far end of building). Mitch was super friendly, knowledgeable and tasting options are very good. Truly recommendable 👍👌
Cool spot! Old post-industrial space retrofitted in a less than pretentious fashion for Whiskey distillation and tours. Jo was a consummate professional and had us laughing and chatting in but minutes. Cheers to Corsair!
