There was an old lady there. Running the place herself. And she was efficient and had a positive attitude. I was really amazed at it.

I've yet to have a bad visit. I know it's a big box store and a chain at that--but the staff are always so helpful and friendly and the deals are always actually deals! We tend to make one trip a month to stock up on essentials and it always makes our overall weekly grocery shopping vastly more inexpensive. Then there's the food court here with prices and deals from 1985 magically frozen in time...and then clothes, electronics, books, and all sorts of random items at a discount. I was a holdout for a long time to becoming a member at a place like this but their membership deals pay off and then some.

JJ who works the counter is so freaking patient and has a outgoing personality. You've gotten a ton of people waiting for their order and she's just calling out orders as thought she's on a broadway stage. Costco's food counter is awesome. Good great and inexpensive

Costco is one of my favorite stores. We stopped in Nashville so that my daughter could get her a card while she's at school. We frequent Costco at home in Indiana. The guy helping us didn't seem like he wanted to be bothered. But then made conversation and turned out to be nice as we were finishing up. I was super excited that gas was $3.26 vs. $3.79. Right now, if you sign up for a membership. Check Groupon first. They're giving away a $45 gift card. Thank me later.

Costco has its flaws, but I live in a world where flaws are just part of society. Whenever people are present, flaws will be close by... I'm part of the problem with my own hang ups, so the petty stuff, I'll leave for the perfect people to complain about. Having said that, I've found some outstanding customer service at this Costco. I was carrying around more than I could handle and an employee gave me the cart she was using to stock shelves. I've had a cashier that was truly graceful when I was digging for my card -fortunately nobody was in line behind me, and I'm greeted with a friendly attitude every time I get to the checkout area by the baggers or the cashiers. The employees overall here are great. I've had many interactions. They're very much about providing good customer service. The products are awesome at Costco. I've been to several around the country and they all carry about the same products, but I'd say this one has the best people!

For ONLINE order & delivery. Ordered a freezer for garage in late July and was willing to wait until 7/11. We bought ice, made sure someone was here during the 'delivery window' & prepared our garage but no one came or communicated. Repeated attempts to call were not easy (lengthy web site searches & on hold for many minutes), and this process repeated for five (5)days. We were ready to cancel by the time it arrived. Will NOT shop online with Costco again.

Still the best prices and values for every day items. Sometimes frustrating because very little actual health inside of the store, other than the checkout, which is very efficient.

Lifetime warranty on tires and they won't honor. You get what you pay for. Literally they have canned responses as to why they won't honor a warranty.

Efficient Costco with good inventory, clean store and welcoming staff. On occasion there have been a few staff at this store who are long tenure though who are not the nicest and seem mad but overall a good team.

If you are simply shopping you should be fine but if you're buying something that you have to pick up from the "merchandise pick up" area, prepare to wait. Their software isn't smart enough to tell the people when the last item from their little stock room is taken and you'll have to wait for them to figure that out that it's not there, get someone to go check the floor, find the pallet, get the forklift to get the pallet down and finally bro g you your item.I waited for 22 minutes for my item. If the store wasn't over an hour away, I would have gotten my money back.

Every visit here is amazing, the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Multiple samlples every Friday, liquor tasting often set up, and the checkout is normally pretty quick. Restrooms are well maintained and the store itself is overall taken care of. Of course the pizza and hot dogs are cheap and delicious, the strawberry sundae gets me everytime. And the staff working the cafe counter I swear have started to recognize the order and we get a little bit extra strawberry sauce on them.

Who doesn't love Costco?! If you happened to raise your hand, we probably can't be friends! This Costco is located in the massive shopping complex of Nashville West on Charlotte Pike. For the most part, it is your standard Costco, but a few things stand out at this location for me. First, they have a liquor store at the front of the building...coming from Georgia, this wasn't a thing for our Costco's, so massive win here! Second, the store is always well stocked, free of clutter, in good condition and clean. And lastly, the service is always top notch here, from entry to exit everyone is helpful and friendly. Since I now live on this end of town, this location is a go-to for me on a weekly basis...and will continue to be so for a long time!

I want to really shout out this Costco for setting the bar so high in terms of service, quality, and efficiency. We frequent this location every two weeks or so for groceries and gas galore. I cannot think of a holiday or event we have gone to without some Costco wine, dessert, or appetizer in tow. It's just such a one-stop shop for all your grocery and lifestyle needs. I can come to this one location for all our week's shopping, our pet's needs, and even our tires. It's really the best. In fact, I want to especially shout out the tire shop here on Charlotte. Our tires recently popped up with a faulty sensor after one of my tires blew out over the summer. Since my new tires were from Costco, they replaced the sensor without an appointment, just a walk in pretty close to closing. They also refilled our tires up with nitrogen. I've never experienced such honest, efficient mechanics who were so upfront with their customers. While shopping, make sure to pick out boxes before hauling your goods back to your car! It can be a pain to attempt and grab everything from your vehicle without the proper containers. Costco is sure to please with its thoughtful staff, wonderful wares, and awesome tire shop.
