We came to your restaurant on 4323 Sidco Drive in Nashville Tn. We came with some friends and had some really good food and a GREAT TIME! The atmosphere was SUPER! But what made the night super was the EXCEPTIONAL TREATMENT we received from our server and her name was Nora. She was right to us and really cared about us and that we got just what we needed. I am here to say that’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again! You have a truly GREAT employee in her! This Cracker Barrel is typical of most. Great food, familiar menu items and a roaring fire place. Only an idiot would change it. The worst part of the experience was the wait. So many people the kitchen got backed up. The waitress did her best and we were patient. 1/2 hr wait to sit. 1/2 hr wait for food. But when the food arrived it was hot and cook well. It ate even better. Mamma’s pancakes were oh so filling. Stop by and see for yourself. You’ll leave like I did. Full.

The Hostess on Saturday night was one of the kindest souls I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a super long time. It was very refreshing. The staff was all nice but not nearly as kind as she is. The waitress I had didn't even ask if O wanted more to drink and my food was actually cold when I got it. For twenty bucks for one person I expect more.

Had to be in Nashville early for a hospital visit so stopped for a wonderful breakfast at Cracker Barrel. This store did NOT succumb to the disastrous idea of stripping out all the decor that makes Cracker Barrel so warmly inviting and nostalgic. I was so excited to see the old familiar country look and the antiques all around. I felt at home even though I had never been in this particular store before.
I tried the hash brown breakfast casserole. It was amazing. I will definitely have it again. Breakfast at Cracker Barrel never disappoints.

This was a pickup order, and I absolutely love their chocolate pecan pie. I called ahead and they were able to save two whole pies for me. They were so quick and kind, especially since it was a last-minute request. Just a tip—try calling a day in advance to make sure they have enough pies ready for the next day.

Horrible experience. We arrived with a party of 8 and was given a 30-45 minute wait. We then proceeded to wait for an hour and a half and when we finally got a text to come to the hostess stand, the hostesses realized they sat another party of 8 at our table. No manager, no one in charge came to correct or offer a solution, the hostesses just frantically tried to figure something out, everything but asking the family who had just sit down to get up and wait, for the next 15 minutes until we finally left. Horrible management and experience. We ended up leaving and some of our family had to go because they had prior engagements.
