I like your restaurant and your food. Your online ordering app is the worst thing I have ever seen. Nothing works. It makes me scream bloody murder every time I try to use it. And I stew as I stand there waiting for the order I could not place before I arrive. This has been going on for years. Why can't you build an online app that works.
The Cracker Barrel on Sidco Drive in Nashville has struggled ever since COVID struck in 2020. Our most recent visit was fine, but not great. Even so, the server was great –– very friendly and personable and quite attentive. But, the kitchen was unbelievably slow in preparing our order (and no steaks or items requiring a long time were ordered). Plus, by the time the food finally came out (and it was quite a long time), it was only moderately warm, not hot.

Did not have to wait long at all. The food was lukewarm at best and that was something given the restaurant was not busy at all. The location at Sidco Drive in Nashville TN is not my favorite Cracker Barrel. To often, the food is not hot and sometimes the service is slow.
