Usually I do not have an issue with crumbl stores. Although this time I ordered a pick up order, and over half the order was incorrect. 4 of the cookies were not the correct flavor and they had not noticed. I did get a refund because I did not notice they were wrong until I got home. Other than that everything was great.
One of my kids loves this place. The rest of us would try it, but there are no vegan options.... A polite middle finger to Crumbl on that, and perhaps an additional "suck a fart." All that said, they have their thing, and they do it super well
Vegetarian options: Jack squat for vegan options, which for an upscale place in a hip spot in a large city seems like an oversight.

Got ignored when I went to pickup my order then I find out they only wrote the message on one of the boxes (they were for 3 different nurses) because theyre lazy and don't give a shit.
