Domino's Pizza

There was a plastic in a slice of pizza! So disappointing.

Don’t order from here unless you’re cool waiting for forever for your pizza and for them to forget stuff. Just order at a different location or go to a different pizza spot, but they’re gonna take forever. We waited the estimated delivery time of 50 minutes for them to put it in into the oven and then we waited another close to an hour for them to get here. When we called the person who picked up the phone said it should be out in about 15 minutes, which was about 30 minutes off. Save yourself some stress

Absolutely the worst Domino’s. Waited over two hours for a delivery order was told I would get a store credit only not to happen. Avoid using this store. Papa Johns is a much better option.

I purchased a vegetarian Mediterranean sandwich for takeout. When I got home, I noticed that it didn't have much spinach or tomatoes on it. Mostly cheese and onions. I took it back to the store and shared the picture and my dissatisfaction with the sandwich to the store manager. She informed me that she made the sandwich according to specs. She was rude and condescending. Who said she would make me another sandwich and that she would make it the same way. Customer service was a zero. Quality of food..zero. Professionalism...zero.

The garlic twists are salty and the pizzas are not well done.

The people are nice, the food is usually good, but they make mistakes on the orders like crust type and bake style frequently. The place is usually clean, attitudes are usually good, but not exactly chipper. Sometimes it seems transactional rather than service.

Edit. My food got stuck to the screen, so I had to wait additional time. It won't get stuck if made properly and the screens are cleaned properly. I worked in food service and made pizza for 10 years.

The guy was very rude and had attitude and the place is a scam for two pizza 60 dollars, and the food is nasty on how he made it this place is the direst place I’ve ever been too

I order a pizza and they said 40 min to be delivered…. After two hours I called back they said ohh sorry accidentally your order for carry on not for delivery …. Always that location have a problem and the service is so bad …. I don’t know a big company like Dominos why they hire people like that or they should pay more per a hour to make sure the employees get work hard for this money …:: not recommend that location service so so so bad

Taylor was working his tail off providing excellent product and excellent customer service. BTW, Domino's is the best pizza in Hermitage, TN.

Children running this location hang up in your face play on phones while pickup up your meal. The manager is a child and her behavior is disgusting. She does not need to be in management whatsoever. This store lacks integrity and does not treat its customers fairly. It makes a lot of sense now why they have so many negative reviews.

Ordered two pizzas. Medium on thin crust, obtained medium regular crust. Second pizza small gluten free with chicken, pineapple, and green pepper. Three (3) pieces of chicken. Crust burnt. Neither pizza cut so that you could pick up a piece. Been getting Dominoes for decades. Worst experience ever.
