Just ordered delivery from this place to my daughter's apartment which is 7 mins away from the restaurant. We didn't order during a busy time. When we called to check on the order someone who clearly didn't know what they were doing answered because they couldn't even simply look up the order. Finally got to speak with the manager and he was rude and dismissive and told us the food was apparently picked up 10 mins ago. Because of the manager's rude behavior we decided to just hang up and wait a little longer. By the time we got ready to call again my daughter checked outside the door again and the food was finally there. The delivery person didn't even bother to knock. My daughter says she normally orders from Domino's and said she's never had such horrible service whether she's ordered delivery or picked up in store there. Don't waste your time and money at this pizza hut.

On the app I saw that the food was sitting for over 30 minutes.
I called in to cancel and they offered no new pizza or anything. I guess I expected them to make a new one.
I even had a large tip on the order.

I ordered a New York style pizza and it was anything but would I ordered I've ordered it for years I got so upset I called the corporate office and they told me not to use this location cuz they're franchisee they don't follow company standards they make the pizzas how they want to

Got into Nashville and got to the hotel a little late. I called to place an order for my family and wason hold for 10 minutes before the girl answered. Once she answered she put me back on hold and did not pick up, I ended up hanging up about 10 minutes into the hold and called PaPa Johns which got to me right away. I am guessing she didn't want to take the order because of it being so late and not wanting to work. This is poor customer service indeed and we will not order from here when back in town, Thank you to PaPa Johns for the quick promt service and willing to actually do your job, a gracious tip will be included. As for this Dominos they get an F in everything adn I suggest NOT ordering from here.

I ordered two large pizzas. A hand tossed and a New York. I waited for 40- 45 minutes in the store after getting off work. When my pizzas were finally coming out of the oven I had politely asked if I may have a drizzle of garlic oil on my New York crust instead of my hand tossed very young boy rudely answer me saying can't be done and that he was manger of the store and can't and will not be done and then he stood and watched through the oven so to make sure the pizza cutter didn't do it
So I called the Leabon rd store to ask them and they told me sure we can do that

Pizza was very good, and not a big deal at all, but they cut large hand tossed into 6 slices instead of the advertised 8. Was somewhat an issue of portioning because we expected 8, so I had to recut.

Ordered a pan pizza. Took longer than expected. Was handed a pizza after waiting in the store for a while. Checked it when I got out to my truck, wrong pizza. Went back inside and was handed my pizza. Got home and it was not fully cooked. And just a bunch of raw dough.

Called the store to get a refund. Was argued with by the GM about choice of toppings. Claiming this caused the pizza not to cook. I get this pizza regularly and it cooks just fine.

Don't order here if you're having it delivered. They don't know how to look at addresses on buildings or deliver food appropriately. I ordered food and live 1/2 mile away the driver couldn't find the second whole building and refused to redeliver. Needless to say I will not be ordering again especially how rude the employee was to me on the phone. Let's hope they refund my for I never received. Thanks Domisucks!!!!

I ordered pizza online for pickup. It said 10–15 minutes, but when I arrived, the pizza wasn’t ready. They told me to wait another 10 minutes. In the end, I waited 35 more minutes. Just ridiculous — why can’t they show or write the actual time in the app? Absolutely awful. And the employee just walks away without saying anything.

Absolutely Disgusting Service from Assistant Manager Emily at Domino’s #5443

I can’t believe this is how a so-called “professional” pizza chain operates in 2025. I ordered from Domino’s #5443, and when I showed up to pick up my order with a $100 bill (because that’s what I had on me—it’s legal tender, last I checked), I was met with no sign stating this policy. Fine, whatever, but when I politely pointed out how insanely inconvenient that is—forcing customers to drive to another store or ATM just for change when you could easily break a bill in your own damn location—Assistant Manager Emily lost her mind.
She snapped at me like I was the problem, hurling rude comments about how “that’s just policy” and I should “plan better.” I mentioned I’ve been in management myself and that her attitude was completely uncalled for, but instead of de-escalating, she flat-out refused to hand over my paid-for food unless I repeated verbatim that I have management experience and that her “conduct was not necessary.” What kind of power trip is this? She held my pizza hostage to humiliate me into backing down. I had to bite my tongue and say it just to get my order, but the whole experience left me fuming.
This isn’t customer service; it’s straight-up bullying from someone who clearly shouldn’t be in any position of authority. Domino’s, fire Emily before you lose every loyal customer in the area. I’ll never step foot in this location again, and I hope no one else wastes their time or money there. Total trash.

They did a really good job for me today. I ordered over the phone and Had such a good time talking to the pizza boy I didn’t even wanna hang up. They made my pizza in relative time to me leaving my grocery shopping experience at Kroger. I haven’t eaten the pizza yet or even looked at it But I will update on the quality and overall Sauciness of the pie in Due time

Edit: the pizza was spectacular (of course because i orchestrated its creation) but i was not the one that forged this masterpiece, to that i owe to an unknown face who has no idea how much this circle of ingredients has impacted my life.
