95% of the time, this place is stellar as far food and delivery. I order from them quite often and I've had hot, delicious food delivered to my front door in 15 minutes! It's why I keep going back in spite of the major problem of them not ever answering the phone on the rare occasion that there IS a problem. In one instance, I received a pasta dish with zero/no noodles in it. Just the meat, sauce and cheese. Phone went unanswered so at that point I had to decide...
Ordered a pizza because I couldn’t go grocery shopping today—I kept checking the tracker and the pizza said it had been waiting for quality check for an hour so I called to see what the issue was (short staffed, which I expected). I nicely asked if my pizza was going to be remade due to the delay/wait and they said they would. It gets delivered and they ended up giving me both pizzas.
