Fantastic Friday evening dining experience with the family. Valet steps from the door of the beautifully decorated Hermitage hotel. Ambient lighting throughout, this modern yet retro feeling vibe was warm and inviting. The highlights of our meal were tuna tartar, delicious salmon, and lava cake. This was our first time at Drusie & Darr, and it won't be the last. The food was amazing, and the servers were excellent. I highly recommend the tasting menu. We really wanted to try more menu items, but couldn't eat another bite. If you have an event to go to after dinner, let your server know, and they will make sure you get there on time. If you want excellent food and great service, Drusie & Darr is the place to go!
