Stopped in on a weekday morning and there was a small line, but it moved quickly. Crystal, the front-desk cashier decked out with a whole collection of Dunkin’ pins, made the visit. She walked me through the $6 meal deal, explained which substitutions wouldn’t change the price, and even pointed out the survey for a free donut. She was upbeat, patient, and clearly loves the brand. My coffee order was a first for me, and she broke down the sweetener and flavor options without...

This location used to be terrible. Since they've overhauled their staff about three years ago, they've been absolutely on point! Tracy is always so friendly and works so hard. I've really enjoyed coming here about 2-3 times per week for my caffeine fix.
