I’m not sure what kind of business they are running out of this building but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t involve selling coffee and donuts. This place is disgusting. We ordered two hot coffees on drive-through. They told us to pull up into a parking spot to wait. When order was delivered, it wasn’t coffee and we’re not sure what it was. We dumped it out immediately. Do not go here.

Stood in a line of 5 people just to hear they didn't have what they wanted. Just to be told the same. What a waste.

Don’t order on the app because if they don’t have the item, they tell you to go to the app to get a refund. You can’t do that, the robot offers to give you points to make up for not getting food. I wanted a full refund because the coffee was pure sugar. The quality is very inconsistent at this location. Don’t waste your time and money. I haven’t been contacted after reaching out 2 different ways.

My sweet iced tea tasted like half tea and half coffee and it was disgusting. How does that even happen.

How is this place still in business? Always a train wreck here. Dirty, Rude employees, orders always wrong. Go elsewhere.

First before I drag this place for the filth that it is ? I would like to say that it was a time when they had great people working here who were great at customer service. But I assume those good workers were ran off because they were left to handle the high volume of the store by themselves. The lines are usually wrapped around the store, & they can’t keep workers for too long. So now I assume out of pure desperation to keep up with the volume they are hiring anyone, hence why I’m making my first food review online of my whole entire life. Want a random ghetto story at Dunkin donuts in full detail, here it goes…Pulled up to the drive-thru with a long line that wrapped around the store, I was so close to driving off but my daughter really wanted a strawberry dragonfruit refresher, & I wanted my caramel iced coffee (remember this order) so I patiently waited. My turn to order I ordered what I went there for, but they told me they were out of coconut milk, so I asked could they make the refresher with almond milk, she said yes, okay cool so I pulled around to pay. She had only rung up the strawberry refresher, I said I also ordered a caramel iced coffee. Now I understand sometimes ppl don’t hear things which is not the end of the world, but what you’re not gonna do is tell me I didn’t say what I said. Instead of just ringing it up & apologizing for the mistake, she tells me I didn’t even say it ? Then she hands me the “strawberry” refresher that was white with a light purple tint. On god I specifically said “hey excuse me I’m not trying to be difficult but is this drink strawberry”? This girl told me “yes that’s why it’s purple” and you are trying to be difficult because you never ordered this iced coffee. At this point my integrity & intelligence is being challenged by this cashier, cause since when has strawberries been purple ? also I put it on my soul I ordered that iced coffee, so why is she so mad, probably the stress of even working at this place is taking a toll on her, OR she’s just a unaccountable horrible person on & off the job.So when I replied to her accusations by saying “so you telling me I’m wrong & didn’t say what I said” she got so mad & said get your iced coffee yourself, and stormed off mumbling out her mouth. As I sat there in disbelief I’m thinking first of all I can’t even reach the drink out of the window, second I gave her $20.61 because the order came to $8.61, and she didn’t even give me my change?! At this point she trying to bring the ghetto back out of me cause now I wanna go in the store & see wassup on some gangsta shh ????‍♀️ Whewww let us pray…So another worker came to the window to give me my change because she couldn’t deal with a customer “so difficult” smh. I straight up told them “y’all are ghetto here” and “it be your own ppl” so she came back to the window, closed the window in my face while they both laughed & she pointing at me giggling. At this point I had to laugh as well that this is even happening ?? Then when I tried to tell them my change isn’t right, she started yelling & clapping ?? her hands like “why you still here, you got your drinks” I’m thinking so she told me to get my own drink after saying I didn’t even order it then didn’t give me my money, but then proceeds to yell at me like I’m wrong for wanting my correct change. I said ?? “Ooh I’m scared now because you’re clapping a bunch of times while yelling “ ? If you don’t like your job, get another one. I felt like that interaction got real street real quick fr lol when did this store get like this in this suburban area. I felt like she really wanted to fight because she, them, were all wrong ? I felt like if I asked to speak to a manager she probably would of been the manager at this point because they need help so bad & ppl quit so much. If America runs on Dunkin then I’m running ?‍♀️ away ✌?

Don't come here - go down the street to the one on Harding. The woman who runs this place has no reason to even be in the food industry, let alone a management position. We came here a month ago and waited 30min to pick up a mobile order which wasn't even ready. Had to wait in the drive thru because they closed the lobby (who knows why. No sign, just doors locked even with multiple workers just standing at the register). Got attitude from the manager when we asked who owned this store. Since then, we've been going to the other Dunkin or Starbucks but accidentally placed our mobile order at this one so we had to come back today.Placed a mobile order for avocado toast, and despite the store being empty when I arrived, the order wasn't ready. One item, 10min after I placed the order. When I got the toast, it was just bread. 10 minutes and they couldn't toast it? What are they doing in there? Drive thru is closed, 5 workers behind the counter, yet they can't toast a piece of bread?I've worked in food. I know the stress, but this is RIDICULOUS. like I said, take the extra 7min and go down to the one on Harding. At least there, you won't be yelled and your food will be warm

Place legitimately needs to be shut down by corporate. Unlike any dunkin I've been to anywhere else and is like this every single time. Extremely long waits, always out of products, and usually only one employee running the entire store.

It's 11:30am on Friday and the lobby door is locked. Three workers are inside, so I'm not understanding why they're forcing everyone through the drive thru. I just wanted to pick up a mobile order but had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru only for the order not be ready. Had to wait another 5min at the windowGuess I'll go down the road to Starbucks because at least their door is open and the wait is only 2minAlso, I came by the other day to see a small child taking orders on a weekday. Shouldn't they be in school? Isn't that against child labor laws? I think I'll report that to child services

I'm giving this a 2 stars out of courtesy, as I go to this location since it's a very short walk for me. I pray someone from management or any higher up in the company see this and all the reviews. This is the 3rd or 4th time i've seen this location get a staff overhaul and it's just as bad as the last one. As a retail manager myself I know how a business is supposed to run and closing the lobby everyday is not the way to get money revenue in, in actuality you are completely losing money by keeping the lobby closed and not accepting mobile ordering. Last time I went there was only 1 or 2 people there when I know it could of had 3 or 4 staff members(i've seen it at other locations) and it seems like they don't care on being there, as the manager told me to wait outside until my order was ready without a explanation on why the lobby was closed. Please Dunkin Donuts give this location a complete staff overhaul again and supervise the entire staff(management included) on how to run a store. I hate having to spend more money on starbucks because the staff at dunkin just wants to be lazy

Today was the 4th day in a month that I attempted to order only to be told they’re not taking orders right now. It’s 8am, isn’t this the prime time to accept orders?I asked if they’re open, and she said yes , but they’re just taking taking orders right now. What?!The shelves always remain stocked so I’m not sure what else they’re slinging in there, but it’s definitely not donuts.

I put in an order on the app to pickup inside because I was in a hurry & they HAD THE LOBBY LOCKED! They even tried to act like they couldn't hear me knocking! Once they came to the door they said I had to go to drive thru... completely defeats the purpose.I went to the thrive through and I saw multiple cars pull away because it was taking so long. You're losing customers because of poor management. Don't go here.
