I’m not sure what kind of business they are running out of this building but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t involve selling coffee and donuts. This place is disgusting. We ordered two hot coffees on drive-through. They told us to pull up into a parking spot to wait. When order was delivered, it wasn’t coffee and we’re not sure what it was. We dumped it out immediately. Do not go here.

Don’t order on the app because if they don’t have the item, they tell you to go to the app to get a refund. You can’t do that, the robot offers to give you points to make up for not getting food. I wanted a full refund because the coffee was pure sugar. The quality is very inconsistent at this location. Don’t waste your time and money. I haven’t been contacted after reaching out 2 different ways.

First before I drag this place for the filth that it is ? I would like to say that it was a time when they had great people working here who were great at customer service. But I assume those good workers were ran off because they were left to handle the high volume of the store by themselves. The lines are usually wrapped around the store, & they can’t keep workers for too long.
