E+ROSE was the first place I stopped by during my work trip to Nashville. I always love to find a local spot like this for nutritious and tasty food and this hit the nail on the head! They have another location downtown, but this one is about 10-15 minutes from the conference center. I got both items pictured from both shops and the quality was consistent. Will definitely stop by if I’m ever back in town!

I absolutely love E + rose!!! It is the perfect place to refuel and refresh after a workout. Also shoutout to Hannah who recommended the best açaí bowl I’ve had yet! Will be back soon.

So enjoyed this healthy eatery!! Alecia makes the best smoothies. I especially enjoyed the strawberry with added healthy ingredients. Looking forward to trying their bowls. Definitely worth a visit!!
