Brisket: Was tender with a good smokey flavor, didnt need the BBQ drizzle they put on it
Ribs: Were okay, overcooked and dry, I'm glad they had BBQ sauce already on it.
Mac & Cheese: not the flavor profile I was expecting but would get again
Banana Pudding: So good it would make you want to slap your grandma

Bean salad had been soaking in broth for days. Corn bread was the same texture as sand. Either people completely hammered when dining there after a night on the town or paid reviews.

This place has amazing authentic BBQ. We ate there twice in one week. Food was delicious, great variety, super fresh, and quick service. Highly recommend it 👌 Prices are very reasonable.

We stopped by for the first time this last Wednesday for our lunch break and sat at the bar. The bartender, Mia, was busy but she still took the time to explain the menu's and give us great food and drink recommendations. The smash burger, smoked wings, and the bush whacker were delicious, and she let us sample multiple beers as well until we found one's we liked. We enjoyed everything so much that we came back the next day on our lunch break again to try some more. While the food was great, the service was better. We will definitely be coming back for more lunches with Mia. :)
I will caveat this review with Kansas City BBQ is the baseline for excellent. The ribs were small and dry and the brisket was overcooked. Banana bread was excellent and the beans and corn bread were ok. Atmosphere was excellent. Could have been an odd day but results were underwhelming.

I got the smash burger it was pretty delicious. I was shocked about how you have to order it at the desk. I assumed you can sit down and a waiter would come to you. But nonetheless still a nice restaurant I would go back.
