Great food, very poor customer service. The old lady who takes orders is rude and unprofessional. She was trying to direct me into a different lane, although I was already in line. There was a car behind me so I did not know to whom she was speaking & gesturing. When I asked her if she was talking to me, she said, "Yes, I am talking to you. As a retired Navy veteran, it’s disappointing to hear that a fellow service member experienced such terrible customer service—not just from the staff, but from the owner as well. Businesses thrive on customer loyalty and respect, and once you start treating customers as expendable, your downfall is inevitable. I can guarantee that I will never support this establishment.
