I went two Fridays in a row. Now, the first Friday the fish was so hot I couldn’t eat it. It was fresh and crispy. I went yesterday 3/8/25 I did not have the same experience. I’ll go back but not anytime soon.
All my years in Nashville and this was my first time going to Ed's Fish. I went thru the drive thru and it went fairly quick, but when I drove up I was expecting to see a menu before the lady in the drive thru asked me what I wanted. She rattled of their options like I should know already, so I kept it basic.
The food: fish was solid. Fries were regular frozen fries that are deep fried-not a big deal. But the slaw?! Clearly store bought. Like Kroger brand....

A fish sandwich was fresh and good, just like I remembered it 20 years ago. During lunch, the parking lot was changed to drive through only and the line was slow. Before we made it work the way though.
