Eko Restaurant Reviews
The service is poor. The server never checked on us to see if we needed anything else and there were only 4 people dining in. I ordered plantains and NEVER GOT THEM! I mentioned to the server that I never got them she never apologized nor did she offer to get me any. The server was bagging to go orders good thing those patrons didn’t dine in, because they might not patronize them anymore! Don’t waste your time or money on this restaurant! I tried calling the owner, no response!
food was very oily and tasteless. meat old, dry . we had egusi, okra soup and jollof/chicken. 10 out if 10 i don't recommend.
Amazing food but very small portion for the price. Place is really clean and everything is in order. I just wish their portions can be better or at-lease match the price.

Eko Restaurant offers an amazing atmosphere where friends enjoy evenings out. The food is exceptional, featuring standout dishes like smoky jollof rice, peppered Pomo, and Turkey wings. Recently, customers have praised the white rice and stew with goat, noting the soothing spicy thick broth that makes the dish memorable. However, some have mentioned that the goat meat can be tough and has more bone than meat. Portions may be small for the price, but the plantains are a perfect complement to the meals. The restaurant is clean and well-organized, although there can be an issue with smoke from hookah. The staff, including a friendly bald man at the front, adds to the enjoyable experience, sharing information about special events like Sunday Funday. Overall, Eko Restaurant has been recognized as a hidden gem in the neighborhood, with delicious food and great music.
