The bar staff really needs to come up to speed- not at all attentive, observant or efficient . The property completely commands high end service with the atmosphere and talent in the kitchen but both nights we came in it took 19 minutes to even be greeted and this was with 6 maybe 8 customers scattered around d the bar . Maybe it was the “low man on the totem pole” crew having to work for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend but it’s just not good enough . Heather was here both nights and while she is friendly when she FINALLY does acknowledge you , still not good enough service wise . At least say hello - don’t make someone wait when you truly aren’t even close to being busy . I really disappointed by this . I hope some changes are made for next time I come to town because the venue is outstanding . Bring the service up to match it please

The beauty of this historic building is amazing! The drinks were good and the bartender left is alone. Lol

We stopped in to check out the Christmas decorations and decided to have a drink at the bar. Fonzie was our bartender, and he was great. It was very refreshing to experience excellent service with a genuine smile and positive attitude. Go see Fonzie!

Do not go here during holidays - or if you do just know they add 20% gratuity without your knowledge even on $18 baileys. Absolutely horrific for a bar to not disclose itemized information. We had to ask bc we wondered why it was so expensive.

Absolutely the worse bar experience in years. Fell for their "holiday pop up bar experience"... after waiting for almost an hour to place a drink order, we were told that they only had enough left to make two of the 5 showcase drinks - and it was only 8pm! They offered a substitute which we accepted. The drinks were as small as possible and still be called a drink and not a shot.

The bill for 5 drinks? $131.59 !!! They charged us $5 more for each replacement drink and added an auto 20% tip - NO WONDER THEIR SERVICE SUCKED.

Avoid at all costs. Nashville has so much more to offer than wasting time and money at Ergo in Union Station

Cute atmosphere, very nice place. HORRIBLE service. Took 45 minutes to be acknowledged & by then they were out of one of the 6 drinks on their menu & arguably the most popular. Overcharged us on the bill. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place is amazing! The food was gorgeous. It tastes and looks great. Unfortunately I didn’t made photos of the food. The waiter was polite and kind, but probably he was new, because he made some small mistakes. The hotel is beautiful and it has nice life music. The owner restored the building how it looked like 100 years ago. I liked a lot that you can make a self tour guide with a description.

Bartender was amazing! Cocktails were out of this world! Highly recommend the wanderlust and the hummingbird! Place is absolutely stunning. Next time I’m in Nashville, I will be going back!

The hotel is stunning, its like being in an old train station, lots of details; the bar looks amazing, but we had an awful service with an inexperienced bartender and also received drinks that were basically 1/2 full.Side Note: they do not accept cash, only cards.

Stand alone? Don’t bother. Connected to the hotel? Read on. This is supposed to be an Autograph collection hotel. Bearing in mind, I level set based on the “Drover” in Fort Worth for the Autograph collection. It’s Wednesday in “music city” and I couldn’t check in online for reasons that are still unclear to me. Still, I arrived about 1:30 PM (CDT) and the front desk was super busy. May in “Nash-vegas”, I get it. Rather than wait in line, I have a drink with Heather (bar tender) at the lobby bar. She’s personable, informative, and kind. Literally everything you want in a bartender. No food available because it’s neither lunch, nor dinner… fair enough.I get checked in easily enough. Front desk staff is pleasantly inquisitive and efficient. It’s Nashville so I wander around downtown before coming back for dinner… and it just goes badly from here. The bartender that doesn’t want a client at the bar, winds up waiting on me anyway. I ask for guidance on the menu and despite the reluctance I’m recommended toward a steak. Tough. Poorly prepared. Cold.On top of that? Undercooked broccolini and quite possibly the most bland mashed potatoes I’ve ever had.Do not eat here.

We went for their Harry Potter theme and it was great. We both had the burgers and they were very good (though very messy)
