My visiting daughter and I had breakfast at The Grange (Grand Hyatt/Nashville) yesterday. This was a WONDERFUL experience for us both. Our waiter, Magda, and Chef Jess were very attentive and informative to us. We shared orders of the Buckwheat Waffle (with Bailey's whipped mascarpone, hazelnuts, raspberries, buttermilk, expresso maple syrup) and Corned Beef Benedict (marbled rye, chow chow, Russian hollandaise, poached eggs) and ate every bite! What a lovely spot for lunch located in the Grand Hyatt. All of the windows made it bright and airy. Our waiter was wonderful - very fast, and polite dealing with a table of 7 women.
