We went for their Harry Potter theme and it was great. We both had the burgers and they were very good (though very messy)

Cute decor for the Harry Potter pop up. Terrible service. Stood for 25 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. What Nashville bar doesn't expect and plan for a crowd in a Friday night?

Food and entertainment were outstanding. Meatballs were great! But they created another ticket, charging to my room items I had on the first ticket, which I signed. Doubled billed regular prices and not happy hour prices. The second bill was not signed and showed up on my emailed receipt. Not very helpful when I called the front desk.

Stop in for a look at this historic railroad station and absolutely stay for a drink and an appetizer at the ERGO lobby bar. First, the atmosphere is incredible and unlike anything you could just build today. The history and character speaks for itself and the fact that they still have the old timetable boards from the railroad up complete with track signage makes if feel like you’re having a drink while waiting for your train to arrive on Track 14. The periodic clack of the vintage sign boards changing their messaging is absolutely nostalgic. Cocktails here are incredible and nicely elevated. We had the Hummingbird and the Wanderlust. Both excellent. We paired those with Crispy Brussel Sprout appetizer and I can’t say enough about how good those were. The mix of honey, peppers and cheese were all unexpected but perfect pairings. It’s was a great small lunch and a nice change of pace from the Broadway vibe. We got there on the Old Town Trolley which drops you off a few hundred feet away. Highly recommend and would visit again next time I’m in Nashville.

The ambiance is fantastic and they have a great menu at the bar. Plus all the staff and service was great. I took away a star because they charged $5 for a can of Coke. If the staff hadn't already opened it I would have sent it ba k

We stayed for several days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is gorgeous and the GM, Bill Simmons, treated us like VIPs. The staff was attentive to our every need. Though the hotel is under renovation, it was hardly noticeable and well separated from the rooms. The renovations preserve and honor the building’s railroad heritage as will planned enhancements in the future. Our room was newly renovated and fabulous. The rain forest walk-in shower in the bathroom was superb! We had a view overlooking Broadway and it was terrific for people watching. The hotel’s location is literally downtown. You can walk to everything from the Vanderbilt campus to the Schermerhorn Symphony Center and Bridgestone Arena. Would DEFINITELY stay again when visiting Nashville. I have stayed in many hotels in Nashville and the surrounding area and this was by far the most luxurious property of them all.

The hotel is stunning and the location is perfect for walking everywhere. The staff was as outstanding as I expect from an Autograph property- especially Janine at the front desk. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at The Union Station was a delight from beginning to end. An architectural masterpiece, the hotel is historically charming and elegant, yet with a modern and updated vibe. The proximity to downtown Nashville is nothing short of spectacular, within walking distance to anything and everything. With its stunning fireplaces, soaring stained glass Tiffany ceiling, and nightly music offerings, the lobby itself is a destination and a retreat. No detail is overlooked at Union Station, from attentive Luca and his sparkling front desk team, to daily discreet housekeeping, to Jamie and his professional valet service. We had the pleasure of meeting General Manager Bill Simmons, who took the time to give us a personal tour of the hotel, patiently explaining its rich history with the timeline, and features, of exciting renovations in the future. Plan a visit to The Union Station in Nashville, a uniquely lovely experience that will not disappoint.

First time to Nashville, went for my wife's birthday. Called before to get recommendation on florist and what we should see/do while were there. Bri was extremely helpful, and all of her ideas were spot on! In fact, everyone seemed to want to make our experience more than we expected. Will definitely stay here next time.

We really enjoyed our stay. Jeanine at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly. She is truly an asset to the hotel! The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it didn’t disturb our stay at all! I was worried about hearing the trains at night, but they were not loud.

We had a wonderful time at The Union Station. The team at the front - Luca, Rachel and Zack were fantastic. They are customer obsessed and leave no stone unturned in serving their guests. I speak through experience. Additionally, the staff at Stationairy is also warm and service oriented. Especially, Jess who helped us at breakfast everyday when we were there. She is solutions oriented and goes above and beyond in taking care of her guests. We were very impressed by the property and by the staff. Keep doing what you're doing!

I dont mind paying for good food & good service but service was horrible my food was subpar. I had trout. Building was beautiful.
