We dine at etc. often and came for our anniversary dinner. As always, a fabulous meal and experience. A special shout out on the Halibut special. It was tender and flaky, cooked to perfection. But the star of that plate was the sauce that went with the entree. I don't know how to describe it other than reddish in color and off the charts in enhancing the flavor of the halibut. Once again, Chef Deb impresses.
Etc is always excellent, but this experience had to be the best yet! The halibut special with grits was over the top good! Since this was a birthday dinner, the birthday girl had the kind of experience anyone would dream about!
We enjoyed the burrata shukashak, the blackberry sorbet, the chocolate brownie ice cream abd the expensive but delicious halibut. The catfish was overpowered by its batter. Other people's food looked mighty tasty. Good service.
