We visited on our way back from Crossville, and stayed the night at the Hilton. We ordered Martket Catch of the day, Salmon and Meatball pizza. We visited around 9:15 PM so it was late.+ The fish (in both dishes) tasted excellent- The potato gratin which came along the fish dish was cold and had a tad bit excess salt.- The server made us sit on couches as opposed to a table. Honestly, the food is above typical hotel food. The salmon is always so tasty. Crab cakes, feta and hummus app are also favorites! Service is spot on. I've never been disappointed!
Rarely do I eat inside the hotel that I stay. However; we had the occasion two days in a row to eat breakfast here and a lunch. The breakfast is very reasonably priced and they are attentive and the food is fresh and made well. The lunch was outstanding. I ordered a club sandwich and wasn't Expecting much really.
