This 5-star review specifically applies to Andre, Chef, and Josh, bartender, for their exceptional customer care and service. I worked in the Green Hills area August 2025 to January 2026 and frequented the Harth Restaurant and Lounge in the Hilton during that time. My thanks to both for their attentiveness, perfection and new friendships. Harth is a restaurant located in a hotel that offers a mix of good food and great drinks. The bartender is praised for helping out the staff, and the food, especially the salmon, is highlighted as delicious. The atmosphere is attractive with nice surroundings, but it gives the impression of having just opened and not trying to draw customers beyond hotel guests. The menu features dishes like Market Catch of the day, Salmon, Meatball pizza, Crab cakes, and feta and hummus app. The flatbread dough is first rate, even if the toppings are sparse. Lunch options are diverse and plentiful. The service can be slow, especially when understaffed, but the waitress is always sweet and tries her best. The restaurant has a cozy feel that could be improved by dimming the lighting and updating the decor. The salmon dip is excellent, though the lobster roll is not recommended.
