Etch was amazing! We are from Nj/NY area hard to be the culinary there ! However etch delievered on all fronts !!!!! Service , food and cocktails !!! 5 starts all the way !! Please go ! You will understand !
I had a great lunch in downtown Nashville. I tried the cornmeal catfish with the sweet potato beignets, and it was outstanding. The staff was great, and I liked my seat seeing into the kitchen.
