Went to Etch for lunch after leaving country music Hall of Fame it’s a short walk. It was four of us. We had the grilled flatbread the Mediterranean salad, which was excellent chicken Parmesan see a hoagie and the wasabi salmon.and smoked salmon on sourdough had some desserts that were excellent. The wine list was extensive The restaurant definitely lived up to a reputation. I would recommend it. It was perfect for lunch. I’ve never tried it for dinner, but it was excellent....
Went here after having such an enjoyable birthday celebration last year. Me and my son’s girl had the dry while Italian blend (thank you, Kevin, for solid guidance throughout!) which was very good, and the men had Daxacan Reverie, whatever that is. This was our second time at Etch! Originally we visited the restaurant a year and a half ago and came back because they had the best mussels I’ve tried. Their menu constantly changes so they did not have it anymore on the menu but everything else that we tried was delicious and the service was spectacular and we would definitely come back.
