On my first visit, I unfortunately had a bad experience and left a negative review at the time. Shortly after, the owner reached out personally, apologized, issued me a full refund on my drink, and even offered to buy me a new drink.

Scanning the menu and once I saw bourbon vanilla latte I was sold! The employee helped me order as I like just a hint of sweetness. I upgraded by 2 shots and was happy to pay them over Starbucks. My drinks are pricey anywhere I go because of my add ons. My husband loved the drink as well and he wishes we had ordered another one before we left. Wish we lived closer!
