Bowl & Roll is a hidden gem! Located inside the Nashville Farmers Market building (northwest section), it is Korean fast food. They have a selection of noodle or rice hot dishes, plus a variety of kimbop (Korean version of sushi). Although you don't get the traditional multiple side dishes of various vegetables, you do get your food in a hurry. Service is very friendly. You eat in a food court, and there is an ice cream shop next to it. ;)
Bowl & Roll is a small stall situated among plenty of more brightly lit and colorful stalls, so it's easy to overlook. Do NOT overlook it!! The service was spectacular and quick, and the food was amazing! I have Korean relatives and have also spent time in South Korea, and I can tell you that this food is authentically Korean and delicious. The stall is clean and well-kept as well. Absolutely delicious! So happy I stopped and grab a kimbap roll. After ordering one roll I went back to order 3 more so everyone in my group could taste the goodness! The two gentlemen working were very kind and helpful.
