A great spot to grab breakfast and a coffee. They sell bulk coffee to bring home as well! Staff was very friendly and the yogurt bowl and mocha latte I got were delish!

Very rude!! No one treated me or took my order!

Really cozy space with solid food/bev options. Creative seasonal drinks that are well executed but very sweet. Food was solid but the level of execution wasn't quite there (wet/soggy mushrooms, mushy tomato).

Service was really nice, parking was easy and we went early so we missed the worst of the crowds. Would go back because it is a solid all-rounder.

Vegetarian options: Sufficient veggie options.

Kid-friendliness: People brought kids but there is very little space which makes them right in your ears when they scream/cry.

Wheelchair accessibility: Chairs/tables are very close together.

Everything about this quaint shop was excellent from the food and coffee selection to the friendly staff and service. It is a hidden gem - a nice quiet spot to enjoy with friends or solo!

Love the coffee and food at this place so much! It is a weekly staple for me after pilates next door. Everything I've tried has been so tasty and fresh!

Vibes were good. My pesto wrap was fairly tasty but not a lot of food. It would've benefited from the ingredients being mixed more before being wrapped. One bite with a lot of flavor, the next bite just unseasoned eggs. My husband's flora plate was only okay. The sausage was tough and overcooked. Potatoes were good.

Amazing match latte and coffee drinks. The breakfast wrap, my husband confirmed, is delicious with a unique touch (pesto as an example). I'm gluten free so options are limited but they have them (sweets too: brownie and chocolate chip cookie currently). It's a lax vibe with seating but not an abundance of it. This is more of "eat, sip, and socialize" vibe which we prefer. Ample parking as well.

Dietary restrictions: Minimal GF options but they have them

The atmosphere and service was amazing! However the egg and bacon sandwich we ordered had a hair cooked into it and the kids grilled cheese also had hair in it. I know these things can happen but two of three menu items is too many. Definitely ruined the experience for us and people should beware when ordering there :/

My boyfriend and I have been coming here since they opened and have always had fantastic experiences in the past, HOWEVER the lady up working the cashier today (bright green beanie, long brown hair) soured our entire opinion of this place.

She was impressively rude & unwelcoming the whole time - it genuinely took us aback. There was nobody else in line but us, yet she still made us feel rushed, and answered everything so curtly. It seemed she either hated being there or just didn’t like *us* for some reason - very offputting.

Food & drinks were great and usual, and the other staff members we’ve interacted with have always been nice. What a shame :(

Absolutely loved everything about this cafe!! Food was delicious (ordered the Fauna breakfast, Butterfly chai tea, and Lavender latte) and coffee/tea so good I ordered 2 rounds. Plus, not having to pay for parking is a huge plus. Absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Nashville!

I come here multiple times a week. So happy to finally have a coffee shop that has healthy/dietary friendly breakfast & lunch options in East. Harvest bowl, veggie salad, and apple cinnamon porridge are delicious. No notes!

Yum! This place was amazing, and I’m so glad I came across this restaurant!

The food was fantastic, we both had the pumpkin pancakes, and they were phenomenal. They were a bit heavy and filling, so we couldn’t finish our plates because we were so full. For drinks, my friend enjoyed an iced vanilla latte, while I had the Golden Ticket (extra sweet), and it was great! I really loved their fall menu.

We arrived around 9:30 and, since there wasn’t a table available for two, we had to wait a bit, which was a small inconvenience.

But overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent food and such friendly staff. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Someone said it’s the best latte in Nashville and wow was it good. Get the Cuban Latte — you’ll thank me later. It’s SO good.
