Food was great and the service was awesome. Very tentative. If you like a normal dark espresso martini do not get their house as they do make it different and it tastes like black licorice. The clam pizza and the margarita pizza were very good!!

We've been to Folk quite a few times and we continue to be impressed. Our server Maeve was amazing and everything she suggested specifically the scallops and the desert combo were phenomenal. As always Folk delivered with fabulous food, excellent service and an overall wonderful donning experience.

HOSTS - After unlocking the door both hosts were gracious and thanked us for being first timers. AMBIANCE - Nicely designed restaurant. Enjoyed the view into the kitchen. Note - Once full was a little noisy. SERVICE - As the first customer in the door, would not expect that 3 other tables were seated, greeted, and have drinks before our server approached the table. Server did not introduce herself or offer any information concerning the food. Unfortunately service did not improve throughout dinner. Never even received drink refills. Server suggested a look at the dessert menu, received the menu, but the server did not return to the table even though there were 2 desserts we wanted to try. After 15 minutes finally stopped a server in passing to ask for the check. Still left a 30% tip even though we received 10% level service. FOOD - Tried 4 dishes and they were edible yet none were worth recommending. Presentation was nice. Large wine list available. Between the borderline shady service and mid tasting food, this is a restaurant that I would recommend you try for yourself though not one that I will likely return.

Our party of 10 had a spectacular evening at Folk. The ambiance was so lovely. The staff took such great care of us from beginning to end and the food was exceptional. Our waitress made such incredible drink recommendations to pair with our food as well. We will absolutely be back!
Folk is consistently a slam dunk! This is one of many visits and they are always accommodating and reliably delicious.

This is a wonderful seasonal, farm to table restaurant in East Nashville. The service was impeccable—so warm and friendly and they timed out the courses perfectly. We started with the rock shrimp and kale. The kale salad is a must order! Our mains were the chicken Milanese and the halibut. Both were so well cooked and flavorful. We also had the squash pizza. It had a little bit of a kick to it. I recommend this dinner spot if you are looking for a hearty, well sourced meal in Nashville.

Expect to wait even with a resy. Service seems to be lacking — they could care less about us being there but if you manage to grab a seat at the bar, always a good time. Menu is seasonal and highly recommend the wagyu / strip when it's available.
