Had a really great meal at Folk with some friends this weekend. The wait was a little long given we had a reservation, but the staff were friendly and apologetic.
The mocktails here were great–they had a substantial amount of options and NA beers, as well. I loved my NA spritz.
We got the carrots, straciatella, and the white fish dip. The carrots were great! The white fish dip and the straciatella were fine–not super exciting or memorable. We also got this squash pizza (phenomenal) and the hot honey pep pie (also very good.)
We then rounded it all out with some tiramisu and the chocolate cake slice. Both were good, but again not really memorable. Overall a solid meal.

The chicory salad was excellent as was the Sorbet dessert. We had high hopes for a not inexpensive Chablis, though sadly it turned out to be biodynamic and commensurately disappointing. Better, that was after they told us they would try it ‘to confirm it was ok' when they opened it out of site from the table. We had ordered the Chablis immediately so it would open up but weren't brought it for about 25 minutes despite a second request. Then when we asked for proper stemmed wine glasses rather than water glasses, we were told they only had one left. Based on the prices we would think they could afford and should invest in more appropriate stemware. That the Chablis clocked in around $125 with tip and tax, and they ‘nickel and dime' people charging $1 for Chili Oil is ridiculous. Worse, we ordered XVOO and were told there was a charge, which we have never experienced despite ordering it twice a day at restaurants for many years. They brought a minuscule amount, approximately a tablespoon, next to the Foccacia we also had to pay for, and charge $5 for the XVOO in addition to the charge for the Foccacia. The service was slow and unavailable.

Excellent meal- the Focaccia with Stracciatella was delicious. Excellent drinks- the JUKE JOINT JEZEBEL was amazing. Similar to a Black Manhattan.

Phenomenal service from start to finish, well- balanced and delicious cocktails and scrumptious food. Prices were very reasonable for the high caliber of spirits and food ingredients.

We had a good time. This place is looks nicer on the inside than on the outside. The staff is excellent! Although the menu is small, the food tastes great and is presented well. I really like d the fish dish. Parking in that area is always tricky since you can't park on the street if your not a resident. There is a gravel lot behind a church on the next block.

We had an amazing experience at Folk, and a huge part of that was our server, Hayden. He gave us the best food recommendations, every dish he suggested was spot on and made the meal unforgettable. Hayden was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely excited to help us choose, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re dining at Folk in Nashville, definitely ask for Hayden. We can’t wait to come back! And Ben behind the bar took a great photo of our group!

The food is outstanding, the drinks are well balanced and unique, unfortunately the service was... not awesome. It could be my group had had some exceptional service the last couple restaurants we went to, but just felt a bit offstandish and impatient. Would still say 100% out this on your itinerary. We had the pate, the citrus salad, beef tartare, and a pizza, all were amazing.

Love this place. I happened to be on a plane ride beside a well-known actor and we started talking about restaurants. He had recently been to Folk and said it was one of the best meals he'd ever eaten ...so I had to try it. Wow!... So NOT disappointed. Well done.

Hands down the best service I've had in Nashville. We had a large dinner with some allergies and did a pre fix menu. Our waitress coursed it out very nicely and was quick to check in with us who was allergic to us.
We really enjoyed our dinner, drinks and service here! Our favorite dish was the halibut and pizza. Interior was very pretty with open view of the kitchen.

We went to Folk on New Years Eve for our Anniversary and it was amazing. We ended up just sitting at the bar, but that’s usually our favorite and the vibes at the Folk bar are top notch. We had an earlier reservation so it wasn’t crazy busy. They had a special menu for new years with special items not on the regular menu. We ended up getting the mussels, carbonara type pizza, and a chicken parm which were all special menu items. Everything did not disappoint and would recommend any/all if they ever become regular menu items. We’ve been multiple times to Folk as we use to live a couple streets away and it’s still as awesome as a place as when it first opened, if not even better!

Food was OK. The price was too high for the portions. Ordered tuna dip and it did not come with bread you had to pay extra for focaccia bread Kind of ridiculous. Service is extremely slow. People come here for the pizza, but the pizza was undercooked and just overall not a great experience
