The coffee and food is delicious. It’s a bit on the pricier side but well worth it for the quality of everything. I got the chorizo loaded biscuits and gravy and a hot latte, honestly some of the best b&g I’ve had in a LONG time. Definitely recommend and will come back

Great food, chill place to be work with laptop, would go back again for sure. Coconut oat milk drink was delicious, the meal we order was super tasty!
Came back second time, shrimp and grits, firepot amai matcha latte And coconut drink with oat milk was so good.
Came back a few more times and food and drinks still very good, tried the cookies too and love them!

I've loved Frothy Monkey for years, and in the last 10 months have had to eliminate dairy from my diet for health reasons. I asked for no cheese on my burger and when it was brought to the table with cheese, I pointed it out. The waitress picked up my plate and went about 2 or 3 ft from the table where a waiter stopped her to see what was wrong. She immediately came back to the table to tell me multiple times there was no cheese anywhere on the burger. I was never given the option to order something else, or acknowledged at all while my mom ate her burger (that was also supposed to be no cheese, but hers is preference, not health related). They just avoided our table until we asked for our check, and had to make sure we weren't charged since I couldn't eat it. The side salad was bland and only arugula.
Keep in mind the photo is the second layer of burger, but the cheese is on the top layer with the bacon jam.

Waited about an hour before getting a menu after being told I was allowed to sit outside with my dog and get patio service. Then was told they are not doing patio service as the worker was delivering coffee to someone on the patio.. ended up leaving with my time wafted. I’m sure it’s a good place but terrible service in my experience at this location.

The food was pretty good. It was a fun place there in Nashville. But they did forget to give my friend his French toast. It was in fairness a very large party with multiple tables. But my little buddy next to me had a way to get his food and his breakfast. And when it came out it was obviously soggy. But my almond was delicious. And they did feel really bad about it and did all they could. But these things happen. Other than that great food great service she worked her butt off of that whole table and it was crazy.

What an amazing little coffee shop! The atmosphere is incredible, and the staff is over-the-top friendly and helpful. I was intrigued by the banana flavor for lattes (but was afraid to try it). The sweet waitress offered to make it and then make me something different if I didn’t like it. The caramel banana latte ended up being fantastic. My husband ordered a lemonade. He said it was delicious, AND it was free refills on the lemonade. We definitely recommend this coffee shop!

I love a hipster brunch spot! This place is such a vibe, and the food was really good! Great service and cute seating!
Nice spot for breakfast in the nations. Can be busy and a lot of people hanging out working but overall good food, reasonable prices and solid service.
Note I'm bumping this to five stars because I forgot my credit card at the restaurant when I went back later in the evening they had it in the safe. Well done Frothy well done ❤️

I've been coming here for years and always loved it. Today, I left very disappointed. The latte was good, but the food quality has clearly deteriorated, as has the service. This was a place I always showed people when they came to town, but going forward, I'll find another place to take my business. It's such a shame as this really used to be one of my favorite places in Nashville.

Very tasty food but the price reflected that. The service wasn’t great. Apps were brought out with mains and cheque was served immediately after we were done without asking if we wanted the check or anything else. Felt like they were trying to conveyor belt people through.

Did I catch this place on a bad day? This was legitimately shocking to me. Went early Saturday evening (not close to closing time) and the first thing we notice is the restaurant is filthy. There was a smashed pastry under my chair, the next table over had a chunk of fruit on the floor and there was a slice of cucumber on the floor under the table next to it. We weren't there during some kind of a crazy rush - there was only one other seated table and a few customers at the bar, the server walked past the food on the floor over and over. She then hands us menus that are also filthy - just sticky with something that had been splattered on them.
I order something I thought would be fairly simple (the farmer's breakfast, just eggs, toast, etc). The server got the order wrong, then separately from that I noticed that they just... forgot to toast the toast? It was just a slice of white bread with a rock-solid square of butter sitting on top. I've never had a restaurant get confused about how to cook toast before and in fact I've never seen any individual be confused by it. The sausage seemed cooked from frozen from one of those pucks you get at the grocery store.
After that we ordered coffee and sat and sat until we realized the woman at the bar doing the coffee orders had gotten engaged in conversation with the customers seated there. She wasn't waiting on them or doing anything, just talking and laughing, until our server finally went over and asked her to make our drinks.
It just seemed like a total void of any kind of management or leadership but again maybe I just caught them on a really weird day or something, I don't know what is going on in others' lives. Just saying it's probably better to eat elsewhere until they get over it.
