Legitimately the best açaí bowls my wife and I have ever had! Some other places I’ve been in Nashville often end up with still frozen, icy açaí, and admittedly that’s happened at frutta a few times, but I’d say 80% of the time these bowls are just pure perfection.

If I could give no stars I would but had to select at least 1. Avoid this location at all cost!!! I was denied of any service at this location. The manager was very unprofessional and rude to me for whatever reason being. She has 2 sidekicks that work in there that are just as rude as her. I placed an online order and was told they couldn’t make my order because the system was down . 20 minutes go by and magically the system comes back up. They still refused to make my bowl or give my money back. Manager(dyed red hair) chased me out the store and threatening to call the police because I refused to leave without my money or bowl as anyone would. What can I expect out of 3 lady’s that look like they are on meth anyway. The owner should really consider more nicer appealing employees.

I love frutta bowl but this particular store says it closes at 7 pm , came from out of state to get there at 6:30 just to be told they close at 6:30 . So apparently they close when they feel like leaving the store

Decided to stop in and grab a smoothie.They have a somewhat limited selection of smoothie ingredients, no raspberries, but that’s not really their specialty I guess. The person working wasn’t very friendly, but not entirely unpleasant either.Ended up paying over $13 with tax and small tip for a regular size smoothie. Seems a bit high for a smoothie with three included ingredients, but it was good.

I cannot get enough of this place. I think I eat an açai bowl from this location at least twice a week. My girlfriend is also a huge fan of the peanut butter-banana toast. I love that you can basically build your bowl with any fruit and toppings you like and make it your own. I also use their app so I order ahead, and by the time I get there it's ready to go! Quick and delicious. I highly recommend this place.
Amazing bowls with different options. The parking is tricky and I would suggest parking on the side street and walking over.

I just ordered through the app and went to pick up my order. It looked like only one person was working (kudos to her, she was hauling). People who ordered in person were prioritized before people who ordered via the app (me). Also I tried to cancel my order thru the app...it won't let you do that, you have to call the store. I called to cancel and no one answered the phone.I want to love this location but they are consistently understaffed during rush hours. I feel bad for their employees. I have gotten smoothie bowls and smoothies and the food is always great (although small portions for an inflated price). If they want to be successful, they need to hire more people at a living wage. I can just tell that their employees aren't supported well.

It stinks because it is good food and it is close to where we work out. However, about half the time we walk in to just an empty store and they literally never come out from the back. I come back because I do love the food. This week, we arrived around 9am, one person walking out said "Don't bother we've been waiting over 10 minutes". Walked in and another guest was audibly angry saying "Hello, I've been waiting over 10 minutes, I hear you". Mind you, the staff were clearly in the back. After about 5 minutes we all left.

Beautiful presentation and tasted delicious. Fruit was ripe and tasted much better than the location on Elliston. My server Jessica J. was very polite, professional and quick. Thanks for great service!

Two workers were at the door with cigarettes when I parked. I went inside and waited over 10 minutes while they left the store empty. When I came back out, they were sitting on the steps smoking and texting. They didn't even acknowledge me. Won't be back.
