Do the whiskey/wine pairing with chocolates, then find out when they're doing the absinthe and chocolate pairing. You will not be disappointed.

I recently visited Green Hour with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of a disappointment. The service was shockingly inattentive from the moment we arrived. After waiting for a staggering thirty minutes for our cocktails, we were left frustrated and unimpressed.
When the drinks finally arrived, they seemed to have been mixed up. We brought this to the server's attention, only to be met with disbelief as he acted as if this was impossible. It’s baffling how a bar that specializes in cocktails can’t get the basics right. Instead of addressing our concerns, he seemed more interested in defending the bar's reputation than ensuring we had a good experience.
We decided to give it another chance and ordered a second round of drinks, only to face yet another thirty-minute wait. The lack of urgency and care from the staff was astounding. It's unacceptable to wait so long for drinks, especially when they don’t even get them right the first time.
Overall, the service was subpar and the drinks were a letdown. I expected much more from a bar that specializes in absinthe. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend Green Hour to anyone looking for a quality cocktail experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

We checked this place out last Saturday and it was everything we'd hoped for. I'm currently adding an Absinthe program to a new concept I'm building and the gentlemen that took care of us (ashamed that I forgot his name) was a rockstar! He took the time to educate us on different techniques and the differences between Absinthes of different origins. We asked him to surprise us with chocolate and Absinthe pairings and he surely did not disappoint. If you are new to this world, have no fear. They have subject matter experts that can guide you through the experience. We'll be back next time we're in town!!
SUCH a good date night spot. We got a flight with absinthes paired with chocolates. No, absinthe isn't my favorite drink, but the novelty was fun, and I hear their cocktails are great. Outside seating is perfect for laid back cafe vibes.
Fantastic experience!
New bartenders were kind of rude

I experienced a must amazing time here last week on my visit from California. Jeremy took great care of our party of 4 and we did a few absinthe flights. Though the space is small and can get quite busy, we found the intimate string perfect for our quartet. The designer cocktails were a hit and by nights end everyone was chasing the green fairy. I hope to return soon.

Chocolate bar by day this hip little joint turns into an absinthe bar by night. Equipped with multiple fountains to louche your absinthe this intimate venue reminds of old speakeasy vibes
Get a flight! $32 for three shots. As opposed to a single which is $18, so it’s a better deal. The bartender is great and gives good suggestions. What a fun little place!

The other cocktails here (non absinthe based) are AMAZING!! 10 out of 10. You can tell the guys (Jordan & Jeremy) running this bar are incredible at what they do. They make REAL CRAFT cocktails.I think the owner isn't doing any favors to their business by labeling it an absinthe bar. This cocktail bar is one of the best in the city, ...unfortunately too much business gets pushed away by the "absinthe" label. We almost didn't come. I'm SO thankful we came, I was in shock at the untapped potential of this place.

My wife and I had a spectacular evening with Jordan and Mallica(not Monica). we both enjoyed the absinthe flight with a few cocktails and truffles. The cocktails were top notch and well worth the $15. We will definitely be back!
