Green Leaf's & Bananas

The two ladies working here are soooo rude as if we are not paying 10$ for wrap!! Come on all the comments are mentioning the same rudeness u can fix it!

We were beginning to order salads there. The server behind the counter was wearing gloves but grabbed every topping by hand not using any of the serving utensils sitting right in each topping. We didn’t want our meal cross contaminated. We cancelled our order and told them no thank you. This either came down to poor training or the employee not caring. This was annoying because they are basically the only healthy option in the food court.

Rude as hell kids working. No eye contact. Laughs at you. And can’t speak loud enough for you to even hear them. Cheesecake available for purchase from 7-20. 12 days ago. That should be throw away. Will never be back

I used to be a regular at a larger chain smoothie place, but Bananas at Opry Mills Mall changed my mind. I was walking by Green Leaf's and Bananas when I decided to try their strawberry banana smoothie. Shawn made it perfectly creamy, fresh, and full of flavor. The natural sweetness and smooth texture are unbeatable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious and healthy treat!

One of Green Leaf's nicest employees helped me today. His name is Erion, & he was so friendly and professional. I stop here often when I'm in the Nashville area & I really appreciate great customer service!

I was interested to see all the negative reviews. The service was great, I got my wrap quickly, and it was delicious! I’d recommend the balsamic chicken and roasted peppers wrap :)

I’ve been eating here (Greenleaf) for months and every time the service/food continues to worsen. The employees were very bland and barely even spoke to me when asking for salad preferences. I don’t know what they are teaching the new employees because it’s 100% not the proper way. While making the salad the employee had to turn around to see what ingredients are inside of it….(this has occurred twice)and yet they still managed to mess it up. This establishment seems very poorly managed and run, I would never recommend this spot to anyone even for a quick mall meal.

Why should I drive to your restaurant when your website doesn't show the menu?

Not possible to rate this higher. The person that made my smoothie was extremely rude without any provocation. He forgot my smoothie and when I went to clear things up at the cashier, in an extremely rude tone, he demands that I just wait (without first saying, sure I’ll make it). Absolutely the worst. If this is the kind of people this company allows, then it’s not even his fault, it’s management. Customer service is nonexistent in the Oprymills branch.
