Based on the reviews, Häagen-Dazs offers great flavors to choose from, with plenty of menu choices including smoothies, shakes, and different cone options. The location is clean and the atmosphere is nice, with families enjoying their ice cream. The workers are friendly, fast serving, and very generous. One employee with two long red braids was described as kind and very sweet. Another short statured female employee was excellent at understanding a request for a small scoop of ice cream basic sundae with hot fudge for two young boys, using less ingredients and helping the store. The most professionally-dressed employee in the uniform was commended. The bourbon praline pecan and caramel cones are two favorite flavors, but the bourbon praline pecan is hard to find. The cookies and cream flavor is good, but the cookie in the ice cream is salty. This location is better than a BR or Dairy Queen, and customers will return when in the area.
