Me and my family throughly enjoyed ourselves. Having to bring the kids along had us nervous but even the kids enjoyed the live music and the vibes. Our food was delicious and the guava margarita was amazing. We will be back.
It was nice to have live music at a nice steak restaurant with dinner. Although we signed up for 2 at a high top we ended up at a regular table for 2. Perhaps we'd have had a better view of the stage from a high top ? The steak and salmon dishes we both nice cuts and cooked correct to our order. The sides are separate at dinner, but even the small fries were huge and the asparagus was pretty nice ( for February). The atmosphere and food is recommended. I'd give it 5-stars...
Great meal at Hand Cut - had not been before and I recommend. Our server Maria was fantastic - very attentive and made great recommendations. If you are an old fashioned fan, I encourage you to get the decanter of smoked old fashions that serves 4. Food was great, atmosphere was relaxed, not stuffy, not over the top like so many steak places in Nashville where you feel like you are paying more for the design details than the food itself.
