First time at this food court. Grabbed beef pho 🍲 at Han’s Banh Mi and it didn’t disappoint. Ordered it with extra jalapeños. Drank a lemonade. Lots of food choices here and tables for eating with companions.
Broth was decent flavor for a fast food Pho place. Not as beefy flavor I like.
Portion size was a little small for a$ 10 medium Beef Pho.
3-4 pieces of beef total was disappointing.
Not a fan of the vermicelli rice noodle myself so be aware if you aren’t either.
Vietnamese iced coffee was great.
Staff was nice and quick.

I need to be honest here.
I was in my feels throughout this entire meal…first of all, the food came out insanely quick and was piping hot. The pho had the perfect level of seasoning and the tofu was fried so well that it had the crispy exterior with the soft, steamy inside. The banh mi, I don’t even know where to start!! The bread, exceptional, the tofu, perfect again, and the fillings (carrot, cilantro, cucumber) WOOOOOW!!! Took me back to when I lived...
