It’s a great experience and views. I booked a section for Valentine’s Day. Drinks were good. Beef baos were too. The server was friendly, not overly nice to the points it’s awkward but professional. The dj and jazz night performer did a great job.they do a great job with the ambiance. The only bad thing was they ran out of parking and it was a shit show trying to find some. All the parking lots were $60 . I also attempted to call Harriet’s 6 times in the days leading up to the reservation to ask about parking and no one ever called back until the next day. No type of slight apology was issued for either but whatever, I don’t expect one either (simply an observation)

I can’t speak to the food because I never made it to my reservation. Unfortunately, the reservation process itself was extremely frustrating and not guest-friendly. There was no confirmation email or paper trail after booking, so there was no way to verify whether the reservation had actually gone through.
I then received a reminder text six hours before the reservation, along with notice of a 24-hour cancellation policy—at a point when cancellation was no longer possible. We called immediately upon receiving the text to try to cancel, but upper management refused to help or waive the fee.
This system lacks transparency and flexibility and feels designed to penalize guests rather than support them. A simple confirmation email at the time of booking and reasonable customer support would prevent situations like this.

The reservation system is incredibly poorly managed. It’s confusing, inflexible, and clearly designed without customer experience in mind. The cancellation policy feels excessive and punitive, especially given how difficult it is to make adjustments.
What made the situation worse was the attitude from management. Instead of showing even a small amount of understanding or professionalism, they were dismissive and rude. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect at minimum respectful communication.
There are too many great restaurants with efficient systems and kind staff to justify dealing with this. I would strongly recommend double-checking their policies before booking — or choosing somewhere that values its guests.

We had such a wonderful experience at Harriet’s! From the moment we walked in, Paola was extremely kind and professional. She made us feel welcome right away.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and we especially loved spending time on the rooftop. Our servers, Kiana and Lexi, were both incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the night. They checked on us often, made great recommendations and ensured everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. We loved the sushi and the bao buns were outstanding.

We had a couple of drinks there last night. Drinks were fantastic. We initially couldnt get the elevator to the 19th floor.. and met another small group having the same issue in one of the other elevators.. without a key card it seems you cant access the bar
