I have been driving by that place for 2 years! Finally got to stop n eat and I'm not gonna lie The place had a kinda creepy vibe. It looks to be inside of an old funeral home. Complete with the funeral home music n all. The selection of food was very sparse. Food was really good tho. Hands down the best fried green tomato I've had in years!
It’s okay. Walked in with my family and instantly was struck by the outside scenery. Not very fancy restaurant like, but I ignore it and and walk inside, and the customer service is more than pleasurable. I go get my food. Now I only give this place a 3 star because those rolls hit so different. But the fried chicken I received was like a bucket of fried chicken from a supermarket. A lot of the food looked less than appetizing. And overall it isn’t worth the 40 dollars spent....
I have been eating here nearly 40 years since I was a teenager. Family owned and operated, their service is top notch, very personable and professional.All their food is excellent! I especially love their tender, moist, melt in your mouth barbeque and light crispy fried okra; two of my favorites! Being a buffet, they keep the food well stocked and fresh.They have a great assortment of desserts, including ice cream and popsicles; some that are sugar free, but you can't tell...
