I recently moved into the area, and was craving some seafood - Hook's DID NOT disappoint me! The representative that took my order was polite, friendly, and patient as we talked through the menu options and I decided on my meal.The food was HOT and READY as soon as I arrived for pickup, and the associate reviewed my order himself to ensure everything was correct! I loved the atmosphere of the location and the dine-in interior design is really comfortable and festive for both adults and child-friendly.When I got home, I can say that my dish (*shrimp boil*) WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and the best seafood I have had in awhile. It was fresh and had some much love cooked into every bite. I will definitely be back for more and can't wait to try what else is on the menu!

Atmosphere is clean, bright and kind of a modern diner feel. Having lived on the East coast for 27 yrs, was wondering if I'd ever find seafood in Nash comparable..I found it! If you love seafood done right, please do yourself a favor & eat here. Ordered a fried shrimp basket. 10 jumbo shrimp, deep fried to perfection. Breading is very light & crunchy, choice of several seasonings from Old Bay to Nash Hot. Homemade Cole slaw is as good as my Gram used to make, worth the price of admission. Even the cocktail sauce is perfect, with just the right amount of horseradish. Crinkle cut french fries also crunchy & cooked to perfection. Can't rave enough about this food. Menu is everything you fantasize about. Raw oysters on the half, deep fried oysters, scallops, lobster, catfish, mussels, salmon, chicken, hot wings, 3 kinds of crab, crawfish, & more. Have I piqued your interest & taste buds yet? I'm starting to drool, just writing this review. Discovered Hook's yesterday, going back for lunch today. We were driving home to Texas. My wife grew up on the Texas Coast and she knows her seafood. Her crabcakes were excellent and they were REAL crab meat. My fried shrimp was regular seasoned. They were excellent. Fries were hot and fresh. If we come thru Nashville again, this is a place we would definently visit again. Very impressed with the quality of the food and service.

I ordered here around the time it first opened for business. I checked back to see if there had been any improvement since, but it's hard to say. Ordered for my extended family; several boils, fried whiting and catfish. The boils got okay reviews from those who ordered them. The fried Whiting was soft, undercooked and salty. For what I paid I expected to have better.

My husband and I are SO IMPRESSED with Hook's Seafood. It's fresh, loaded with flavor, and as good or even better than we've had on the Gulf Coast. This chef has a real flair with seasonings and I like it that you can pick how spicy you want yours. Also a lot of variety in the menu. Prices are no problem, especially for the quantity and quality you get. This is now our favorite splurge, with easy take-out during COVID.
Fresh. Perfectly cooked. Nice portions. I didn’t like the elevator music playing, but I wasn’t there for the music. Will definitely come back.

Had an amazing dinner tonight at Hook's. I had the half order of crawfish boil and fried pickles. It was amazing!! My cousin had lobster and crab legs. The service was excellent. We had a couple of issues that were handled immediately and really had a great experience. Definitely will be back and hope we were not too much of a bother :)

Lunch was delicious. I had the Grilled chicken feast with potatoes corn on the cob and broccoli with the Garlic jalapeño seasoning and added hushpuppies. Proportion size was great and all I wanted afterwards was a nap. Check them out it'll be worth your visit.

Hook's Seafood Kitchen.This restaurant is a hidden gem. During the pandemic, whenever I had a taste for a seafood boil, I ordered from this place. The food was fresh, great customer service, and when I had an issue with UberEats, they were great. Great guys, if you want great seafood, there's something on the menu for your entire family.
