This is a grab n go style cafe, with two or three outdoor tables on the patio to sit at. I had a conference at the Grand Hyatt so it was nice to have this little shop to grab a drink/snacks while at the hotel. The service was good and fast, but my drink was okay. I ordered an ice chia tea latte, it was mid. I liked the convenience of the place but it's really more of a quick stop joint. The did have a small gift shop area with some local goods which was nice.

My family and I had just left the Frist and decided we wanted some coffee. We happened upon the Hummingbird which was across the street. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman and he whipped us some coffees and it was really good. And the price was reasonable. It’s conveniently located in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt. Needless to say there plenty of seating and it’s quiet enough to sit, drink and have fun with family and friends. I would definitely recommend checking the Hummingbird out. And note that this is coming from someone who doesn’t care for coffee.

This cafe was hard to find because it's in the back side of a hotel lobby. While the hotel was beautiful service at the cafe was bad. I waited to order while four workers ignored me. I ended up leaving empty handed and got a matcha latte at Elixr instead.

A very nice yet small coffee shop in Grand Hyatt Hotel. The coffee is always fresh but most of all the staff is great!!! If you’re staying at the adjacent hotels you should take the walk across the street and enjoy your morning brew with a delicious pastry.
Saksham and Amay, bring the word excellent customer service to another level. They’re were extremely nice and professional. BEST vanilla-honey latte in town.

Excellent customer service by Saksman. Very helpful and kind. I ordered a small black coffee ☕️ on the go. Saksman inform me he has to make a fresh pot of coffee, so I could either way or have any other type of coffee of my choice on the house. I ordered a latte! Saksman prepared my latte to perfection with two double shots of espresso in a large cup! Simply wow! ?
