This is a grab n go style cafe, with two or three outdoor tables on the patio to sit at. I had a conference at the Grand Hyatt so it was nice to have this little shop to grab a drink/snacks while at the hotel. The service was good and fast, but my drink was okay. I ordered an ice chia tea latte, it was mid. I liked the convenience of the place but it's really more of a quick stop joint. The did have a small gift shop area with some local goods which was nice.
The Coffee Shop is located in the back of the Grand Hyatt hotel lobby. Walk all way to the back to find it.

It’s clear they take pride in what they do and care about the guests’ experience. We really enjoyed our time there, and the service team was a big part of what made it so memorable.
