i haven't tried the food yet but the boba was absolutely incredible. i haven't been able to find anything else like it in the area. extremely quick takeout service too. would recommend.

Ichiddo Ramen & Izakaya offers an excellent dining experience with delicious food and great service. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with very kind and attentive staff providing awesome and excellent hospitality. The chefs do an amazing job, with care and dedication apparent in every dish.
The menu features outstanding ramen, considered the best outside of Japan by some. Popular bowls include the spicy miso ramen, with its good broth, flavorful and tender pork, tasty noodles, and nicely marinated eggs, as well as the shredded char siu ramen and the niku sobaramen, noted for its rich broth and great flavors. The kimchi ramen is also highly praised. Other offerings include very delicious, fresh sushi rolls, savory takoyaki, and gyoza. The homemade salad dressing is so good that customers order it to go. For drinks, the restaurant offers strong late-night drinks and exceptional boba tea, with the taro milk tea cited as one of the best in Nashville.
Portions are big and reasonably priced, offering great value. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner and provides a QR code for free parking in the garage next door. It is a highly recommended place for anyone who loves ramen, sushi, and boba tea, and is definitely worth trying more than once.
