We had the best evening trying Iggy’s for the 1st time. Jenna our server was absolutely a delight. She helped us navigate the entire menu and everything she recommended was absolutely delicious. Everything came out perfectly. We hadn’t been out in a while and we were not rushed through our evening at all. Amazing atmosphere. Definitely will be back and I will tell everyone about this restaurant!
The food is far more modern/fusion Italian than traditional dishes. Server recommended 4-6 dishes to share between two people and we definitely needed 5 dishes to both be full/content. The server stated the restaurant was “custom to order@ dishes but couldn’t do any of the requested adjustments or additional we asked for. Only ice cream dessert… overall it was ok but we have found far better traditional Italian near by.

Really good pasta, as expected. I ordered the cacio e pepe. It's my favorite pasta dish ever so I order it anytime I see it on the menu so compared to other places around the U.S., it was definitely top 2 I've ever had. We sat at the bar and the bartender service was just meh. Didn't really have much of a personality and my drink had so much ice, what a scam. Next time I'll ask for light ice so I get more than 4 sips of the cocktail.

Iggy’s is arguably one of the best restaurants in Nashville! I’ve lived here for five years and this was my best meal yet. We sat at the bar, had great service and loved the atmosphere. The whipped ricotta appetizer was AMAZING!! I had the gnocchi and my date had the little shells pasta- we both said it was the best pasta we’ve ever had. Highly recommend- such a gem!!
Amazing homemade Italian! This spot has a cozy local feel to it with free homemade farm to table menu. It’s our go to when we want really good pasta.

Fantastic service, atmosphere, and food quality. 10/10 for each. I only have two major critiques: first, the portions are a bit small for what you pay for for particular dishes like the black truffle pasta. Again, I’ll reiterate that the quality is there, and it’s top notch, however a bit more would be nice. Second, there is a mandatory 20% gratuity that they clearly communicate will be added, however I found this practice to be off-putting, and particularly not a good experience when you see your bill. As a customer, you plan for cost and often evaluate the total prior to the bill. When choice is taken away from the customer, and you force 20% onto the bill, it simply feels bad every time. Add to that TN’s sales/food taxes and you’re again left feeling surprised in a bad way.
For the above I’m giving 4 stars as it seriously affected my overall experience, but again, when it comes to food and service this place is exceptional and wonderful. The staff were all very kind and everything I tried on the menu had so much attention to detail. This reflects so positively in the owners and head chefs- they must be proud and also impressively detail-oriented. It has clearly paid off. If you want an authentic fine-Italian food, this is it.
