Stood in line for 30 mins!!! Then waited another 30 mins!! Absolutely terrible service. Upper management needs to get involved. From reviewing the last reviews, this location needs replaced with something else. Close it down. 2.5 average rating?? Wow. Make a change. Practice what your comments are saying and not just always apologizing.

3 females working, 3 females on their phones. Literally while scooping out what's needed for my beverage with one hand and then texting with the other. Working in absolute sloth mode while the customers behind me waited on their orders.

Terrible service. I ordered a large smoothie, and they gave me a medium. When I told them that I ordered a large, they poured the medium cup into the large cup and added nothing. I am also ann employee at Opry Mills, and even though I got a discount the past 3 times I’ve been there, they refused to give me the discount. Also, their opening and closing times online are not accurate and hasn’t been for at least 6 months. I only go to Jamba Juice to get meals between breaks, but man there’s always something going on whenever I go. Don’t put 3 minors behind the counter and no manager around. That will set you up for failure.

If I could give this zero stars I would, this place is a waste of time and money. Don’t spend it here get a smoothie somewhere else you will spend 30-40 mins in the line itself and then finally when you get up to order they don’t have what you wanted in the first place, nobody knows how to actually do their job we had only one girl actually doing their proper job everyone else was SLOW and incompetent of a basic job of making smoothies. Needs better management and better training because obviously they don’t know how to make a proper smoothie or sustain customer service. Trash

My family and I got here yesterday at about 6:30pm and the store does not close until 8:00pm. I ordered one of the Acai bowls and was told that they stop making bowls at that time. When I asked why, the young man stated that he was the only one there and couldnt accommodate making a bowl. I was confused with this because there was over and half left before the store closed.....Ok, I will bring my money elsewhere that can accommodate making one.

waited almost 30 minutes in a standstill line at around approximately 5:30, just to get to the counter for a blonde guy to tell me they had stopped serving smoothie bowls. why so early in the day? they still had over 2 hours left until closing. this ruined my day and i was extremely upset.

Stood at the counter for over 5 mins waiting without anyone even saying hello or be with you in a min. I totally get they were busy but you don’t ignore people. She said she used my points and she didn’t. The drink was good.

Bad customer service and incorrect product portions.
Employees are wonderful and quick. The staff and management has improved significantly. However, I witnessed the arrogant and illiterate owner yelling and disrespecting a female worker in front of staff and customers. This behavior is unacceptable and I feel sorry for any individual who has the unfortunate pleasure to work for him.

Jamba Juice is a great spot for tasty smoothies and smoothie bowls, though many options are high in sugar and calories. After shopping at Opry Mills, I treated myself to a Caribbean Passion smoothie, which was refreshing with its tropical mango and passion fruit blend. The White Gummi smoothie, with its bold raspberry flavor, was my favorite. While it’s a delicious indulgence, Jamba Juice is more of an occasional treat rather than a regular health choice.

Super helpful in recommending based on dietary restrictions! They have dairy alternatives and from my experience today were pretty knowledgeable and respective of risks. Manager so nice and staff seemed good considering opry can get kinda rowdy. Great experience!
