Terrible service! Took very long to make my order. Ordered a waffle bowel the employee has possibly never sliced fruit before because it took them 15 min or more to do so. Employee forgot waffle in the bowl and dropped a banana picked it up and continued to slice it.
Too bad I can’t give zero stars. We sat there and waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to help us. No one was there. and we drove over here just for this smoothie. The guy at the pretzel place said the assistant manager has been gone for an hour and a half. If that’s how the assistant manager treats the business, forget it. Wasted an hour of our time. Thanks.

Went there yesterday with a friend and ordered 2 smoothies and a pretzel cup. She got hers 1st and I got mine after. I got the matcha and it was bitter with no sweetness at all. I went back to the counter and told them that it was completely bitter and not sweet and asked them if they could make it again. Simple. But they had to be all indignant and tell me "It's matcha, it's supposed to be bitter" and acting like I don't know what matcha is. I told them I understand but still the DRINK as a whole was completely bitter. When they still looked confused like I was being ignorant. I could feel myself getting frustrated and tried to leave saying "it's fine, it's fine." The other employee kept calling me back and said she didn't want me to drink something I wasn't satisfied with and waste my money. And asked me I "WANTED it sweet, right?" Like I ordered it wrong and they were accommodating for me when in fact they made the drink wrong. She added a buttload of sweetener and the drink was just pure diabetes but I was tired of being gaslighted and lied to her and said it was fine when she told me to taste it. Ending up throwing it away. I regret not explaining more and telling them: 1. it's a smoothie, it's supposed to have some sweetness. who drinks a bitter smoothie? 2. OBVIOUSLY matcha is bitter but again it's in a freaking smoothie. 3. I've had it at another location and it was sweet. Like it's supposed to be. BECAUSE it's a SMOOTHIE. NOT PLAIN TEA. NOT PLAIN BLACK COFFEE. A SMOOTHIE. Look the employees weren't rude or mean, I could tell they were understaffed, and having to manage a Auntie Anne's and a Jamba Juice is not easy but this pissed me off and I need to vent.
It's a Jamba and auntie Anne's combo. Showed up at 7 asking if I could place a Jamba order, was told the Jamba had already closed but they can sell me auntie Anne's orders. If y'all close at 7, update your hours please.

Awful customer service. They don’t treat customers well at all and their hours are junk. If a manager sees this, probably won’t care either.
This location is in the Green Hills mall and is connected to an Auntie Anne's. The staff that covers one side also covers the other. When we arrived, there was only one person in line at Auntie Anne's so we waited at Jamba Juice until our turn. The line there quickly grew to 5 more customers.The girl working rudely informed us that she wasn't going to serve us until she finished with everyone in the Auntie Anne's line - despite them arriving well after we did.We waited and waited then finally left after not being helped.0/10 - don't recommend. They clearly don't know anything about customer service.
Best fruit smoothie EVER!!
It is 3:34pm on Saturday, we were in line looking at the menu. One of the workers says if you have not ordered we are closed.

Sooooo sloooow!! We have waited for almost 20 minutes, very unpleasant customer service, they were more interested playing around in the back then the line that was forming in the front! They need to hire young folk that actually will appreciate having a job! And what we got wasn’t even that good! I’ve been to plenty Jamaba’s and they take care in what they are making! Will not return!
Mango a go go. Quick friendly service last week. Come again today...they had to find the girl in the back. She complained the whole time while making my shake. Third time I go by, I couldn't even wait to be served. One person in front of me and I was waiting ten minutes. They didn't even finish before I got tired if waiting. Motivate your employees, good grief!
Waited 1.5 h for an order via Doordash and was cancelled!
I waited 35 minutes for my smoothie that they didnt have the order for. All she had to say was sorry. Terrible service.
