App doesn’t work and they make u come in one door pay somewhere else give u a bag that leaks over the sidewalk. They don’t care and no sour cream on a $14 baked potato. Spoke to mgr and he said thanks for calling what a joke

We order delivery from Jason’s Deli Nashville often because they are reliable, friendly, and make the order/ delivery process so seamless! From the employees I communicate with when asking for a quote, to the communicators between, to the delivery people, to the food…They are all fantastic and deserve your business!

I ordered the Manager’s Special and specifically asked if it would be enough for a hungry person. They assured me it would be, so I ordered for two people. I was charged over $46 but received a very small portion. When I asked about it, the lady who prepared the meal said she would bring me another portion but asked me not to tell the manager because she might get in trouble. She brought the extra portion after I had already finished eating and, to my surprise, asked me to pay for it. Wanting to avoid embarrassing her, I agreed, but later realized I had essentially paid twice for a small amount of food. This was a terrible experience and very disappointing.

We ordered lunch for our office. Sliders, fruit, cheese, veggies with ranch and hummus and chips with salsa and guacamole. Delivery was right on time and included everything we needed. Food was fresh and yummy. Will order from them again!

Please stop putting wet black bean and corn salad on top of the salad bar veggies. I called and confirmed that sides like these are supposed to be packaged separately but you continue to put them on top. This ruins the taste of the salad in which I want to dress with honey mustard dressing. You tell me how things are supposed to be done but when I order through doordash they're done wrong almost every time.
Months later... had a delicious California Club. Fantastic
