Nice decorations and atmosphere. Music was good, fit the atmosphere well. Music was not too loud to override conversation at your table. Staff was really good following up and taking care of us. Welcomed us and spoke about coming in and eating. Joe was able to recommend dinner items as well as sides and also dessert options. Steaks were good. Desserts were good. Watched them roll out a couple of the reserve desserts.
Where do I start??? We visited from Texas where we take our steak very seriously.
Service by Peter....AMAZING!! We had a sushi appetizer, crabcake best ever, oysters west coast delicious. But let's talk the steak. Cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful.

I had the pleasure of eating at Jeff Ruby's recently and, although I do not usually write reviews, I wanted to this time because the restaurant was so beautiful and the food so good. I particularly loved the chandeliers and art throughout the restaurant. I had the ribeye medium rare, and mac-and-cheese and brussels. I don't think I left anything on my plate, it was that good. Our server, whose name I cannot remember, was awesome but the best addition to the evening...
