Amazing service!!! Amazing ice cream!!!

I am diary free and they had (2) flavors to chose from - Lemon Bar and Texas Sheet Cake. I have a children’s double 1/2 scope of lemon bar in a cone. It was so delicious. I will definitely be back when in town. The store was clean and the service was friendly and attentive.

This is a VERY popular ice cream joint and people stand in quite long lines to get their fix. I drove past this location several times on several trips to Nashville when the lines were just longer than I was going to deal with and after many attempts I finally scored a good time with no line outside. There was still a line inside so I waited for my time to get up to order and finally got to see the different options available and I also got to see it also is on the expensive side for a small serving. I made my choice and sat down to enjoy my ice cream and it was alright but I have certainly had better so I'm not really sure what the hype is all about that rates standing in line so long but these days in Nashville there seem to be lines all over the place for all sorts of things.

Genuinely the best ice cream I have ever had - and the scent of vanilla as you open the door is stunning! I never leave reviews but had to as it was sensational. Shout-out to the server who said we could have samples of anything we wanted!

We love Jeni's. We had the strawberry shortcake parfait and ordered it gluten-free. they made it on the back counter with fresh ice cream tubs and, of course, omitted the waffle wedge. It was excellent, and my wife with celiac was able to enjoy it without the fear of cross-contamination. They did an excellent job.

The place ensures that its ice creams are prepared daily and have some special flavors.

Although the ice creams are very delicious, I found them a little sweet. However, the cookie in the cone is absolutely delicious.

Came on a Tuesday evening with a group of 6 with several allergy restrictions. Staff were kind, accommodating, and so patient as we tried all the dairy/gluten/nut free options! In addition to the service, this was the best ice cream I have ever had had, and the rest of the group agreed. Thank y’all so much for making delicious ice cream that everyone can enjoy!

Jeni's is a lovely alternative to the main stream cream parlors and offers multiple, creative combinations of flavors. They change up their menu frequently and put out some risky options you wouldn't think could be viable but they are

The ice cream, is as always amazing. Fresh, tasty and so many flavor options. The restaurant was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful in explaining the flavors.

Not sure you can go wrong with Jeni's for dessert. Always a favorite for our household.
